The market is held Tuesday through Saturday from early morning to late afternoon. Get there early for the best selection of fresh food, or arrive midday to enjoy lunch at one of the cafés.
What to Eat at Adelaide Central Market
A huge range of fresh produce and artisan goods is on sale at the market, with stalls selling fruit and vegetables, meats and seafood, bread and baked goods, cheese and dairy products, homemade chocolates, and flowers.
