Top Arezzo Culinary & Gourmet Tour

You will be welcome by the owners of the old tradition family-run business. The Wine&EVO Oil tour will start from the visit of one of our vineyard where we will tell you some family secrets about our vineyard holding. Back to the winery, you will see the cellar, the barrols room and the Vin Santo room and you will learn a lot about the wine making techniques. The visit will end with the tastings of our wines and organic EVO oil, paired with local and homemade food like prosciutto, salame, cheese and biscuits.

Away from tourist routes, from Montevarchi train station we will drive you in one of our comfortable vehicles to a quintessentially Tuscan area (it's easy to reach this train station from Florence, 35 minutes ride, and Arezzo, 25 minutes ride). We will visit medieval towns and some of the best-known boutique wineries. Those producers make up for their small production numbers by crafting superb quality wines with great passion. During the visit through the vineyards you can see where and how Sangiovese grapes grow. You will be revealed pearls of country wisdom, you will be told about the difficulties of working the land, and share stories of what it is like to produce a wine that graces tables around the world. This tour is special because it allows you to discover smaller, niche producers. Lunch at a winery or in a small osteria is a must – Chianti wines are meant to be enjoyed with the delicious dishes of Tuscan cuisine. Wine and food will delight both your palate and heart!

Just 10 minutes drive from the medieval centre of Pienza, You can visit the farm and tasting some Tuscan typical products. During the guided tour of the farm you can see with your own eyes what it means to live a peasant life today here in the Orcia Valley.

First and second wine tasting and lunch experience in two differerent cellars. * 14.00 pm In the afternoon we will drive to Pienza, the town of the Pecorino cheese. The Pecorino is one of the best cheese in Italy, especially the version 'sotto cenere' or 'under ashes'. * 15.30 am Visit of Montalcino Castle winery. The tour will continue with the second tasting of wine in a prestigious Montalcino farm where the production of this delicious wine has been made for generations.
