Full-Day Cruise in Cozumel Island with Snorkeling

Full-Day Cruise in Cozumel Island with Snorkeling

The Caribbean Sea is completely fascinating, the turquoise color of its waters and its clarity will make you marvel at this scenery. If you are thinking of visiting Riviera Maya, you have to enjoy a tour in Cozumel. To get there you must take a flight to Cancun and then the ferry to this enchanted place. The island boasts incomparable views, in and out of the water. It is one of the preferred destinations for snorkelling thanks to the fact that it is part of the second-largest barrier reef in the world. Its reef is one of the most famous in the world (and extensive with more than 30 km), especially promoted by the oceanographer Jean Jacques Cousteau, who recorded a documentary on underwater life in 1961. Mayan settlement related to rites of worship to the gods, the island of Cozumel was sighted by Juan de Grijalva in 1518 but was not continuously inhabited for centuries. Corsairs like Jean Laffite used it as a point of refuge, or a docking point for trade to Europe.

Cozumel Snorkeling Tour: Palancar, Columbia and El Cielo Reefs
"We had a wonderful time. The snorkeling was amazing. The tour guide, captain and photographer were great and kept a close eye on everyone in the water. We ended the excursion at a clear shallow area and provided drinks and some great chips/ guacamole. While sitting in the water we saw numerous stingrays swimming by. Such a memorable experience!"..."

Invisible Boat Snorkeling Adventure in Cozumel
"Seeing the wreckage of the boats with new coral growing. Our boat crew was one!!! We were able to see a massive Stingray that had buried itself in the sand but was very obvious by the tail. I would hate to meet that one in person. My friends really enjoyed snorkeling and seeing things up close. I wish my health would’ve not prevented this for me."..."

El Cielo reef by Catamaran with Beach Club
"We were running late. There had been traffic through the ferry port. We called the number on our reservation David answered he was directly at the boat and not only held the boat but was waiting to meet us in the parking lot to assure us they weren’t leaving without us. Greatfully thankful!!!"..."

Cozumel Reef Snorkeling Tour
"The Cozumel Reef Snorkeling Tour was excellent. Getting it scheduled was a bit challenging because the first date was full and the second date/time overlapped with our COVID tests, but after that it went very well! They picked us up at the resort on time and took us to the ferry terminal. From there they gave us a ticket for the ferry and we waited for the next boat to leave for Cozumel. Once we landed at the Cozumel ferry terminal we went directly to the boat for the trip. It was a very nice boat, that was well kept, clean and organized! The staff was excellent and the snorkeling was very good. We also saw the starfish and anchored to eat our provided lunches, which were very good! And, we were delighted to see a stingray in the shallow water where we were anchored. The staff was patient and helpful and we had a great day!! They got us back to the ferry terminal in time to return to Playa del Carmen by 7 PM, as several of us had Christmas dinners at our resorts. Well done, and money well spent!"..."
