Top La Coruna Classes & Workshops

We will gather in our cozy kitchen before leaving with our local foodie to visit the famous and vibrant food market at the Plaza de Lugo in downtown Coruña. We will see the varieties of sea food and fish just coming from the boats and ready for selling. We will be immersed in the trading environment with locals. A great opportunity for learning about the Galician gastronomic culture. The guide will buy all products we will need for the cooking session and we will return to our kitchen just few minutes walking from the market. Once there we will be ready for roll up our sleeves and start cooking. We will finish eating everything we have prepared with a glass o local wine, red or white, is up to you. Are you in?

We will welcome at Pencil & Fork where we want you to feel as our home guest. You will enjoy a cozy kitchen island completed equiped to work with Galican products brough directly from our local market. We all collaborate and cook two entrance a main and a dessert. After the hard work, what a better way to finish our gastro experience than by eating everything we have prepared with a nice local wine or beer, of course (first drink is included). Tea or coffee are also included.
