On this tour, enjoy a guided visit to a vermouth distillery, discover the historic ‘dodinage’ mixing technique, and sample the different Vermouth varieties during a guided tasting. Then, take part in a hands-on workshop and try your hand at making your very own Vermouth.

Spirulina is a millennial micro-algae, which has been recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO) as the most complete food of the 21st century. Very rich in protein, iron and magnesium, containing all the vitamins except the “C”, this green gold brings great benefits to our body which will allow it to fight against fatigue, asthenia, stress, and to strengthen the immune defenses. and fill nutritional deficiencies. It was during an expatriation to Madagascar that Christiane and Alain, your producer hosts, discovered the incredible effects of Spirulina used there against malnutrition. After a few years of reflection and training, they finally decided to create a production farm for this blue-green alga at the end of 2018. Located in Torreilles, in the Pyrénées-Orientales, our two producers will warmly welcome you to make you discover the secrets of their Catalan Spirulina, from their pools to your plate.

The shooting sessions at 10 m will be carried out with air rifles that fire pellets. It is with these rifles that all the champions started shooting at 10 m during their college years. We rent the shooting equipment from the Font-Romeu ski club, which trained Simon and Martin Fourcade. We use air rifles to get as close as possible to the thrills of the biathlon you see on TV. This makes the experience more meaningful than with laser rifles. We are the only ones in Cerdanya to offer shooting with air rifles.

Discover the Garden of Plants, which is the oldest botanical garden in France, and learn more about the benefits of certain plants. Retrace the evolution of the urban floral landscape by cycling along our side along the "new Montpellier". Restore with a little drink at the Lez market, located along a stream. Picnic by our side on the lawn of the esplanade of Europe, and many other small pleasures.

Christmas in Carcassonne is wonderful. We're going to explore the New Town area of the city, working through the Christmas markets and past the beautiful lights and decorations, through your camera or smartphone lens! Our online community is accessible to all those taking part, and details of this will be offered to participants, at the end. We're Instagram friendly! Our tour is for photography beginners, for those with a real passion for taking snaps, and for those that know a thing or two about cameras. All welcome!
