She teaches you a chefs way of preparation with tips and techniques that you need to reproduce this wonderful menu. You will enjoy canapés, entree, main and dessert all cooked by you with the constant guidance and assistance from Jacqui. Her huge 12 seater dining table is set for the fantastic luncheon that awaits us after all our hard work and a glass or two to top it off. Bon appetite!

Paddock to plate food at Green Olive at Red Hill … roll up your sleeves and joining the farmer in the paddock and the chef in the kitchen. You will tour the property learning about biological farming, olive oil and table olives, sustainable vineyard practices and why ‘terroir’ plays such an important role in producing great wines. Learn all about seasonal produce in the ‘kitchen’ garden, while touching, feeling, smelling and being a part of the food you will then cook. Then guided by our chef use your culinary skills to create a true “paddock to plate dish.” Once the hard work is done sit down and enjoy your food creation with a glass of Estate Grown Wine.
