As we keep following the canyon down, get ready for a 30m abseil, multiple slides, jumps and scrambles. Every turn has got a new obstacle for you to figure out. Traverse through the pools in the darkness of the cave and come out to face more slides, swims and a few BIG jumps, if you are ready for this. A trek through the boulder valley gets us out of the canyon.

We get an early start and enjoy the stunning views that open to us on the way. A thrilling off-road drive gets us into the heart of Western Hajar, to the start of the famous Snake Canyon. After kitting-up and a safety briefing, we enter the winding canyon with its 100m walls towering over us. As we descend, expect to scramble, slide, climb over boulders and hang off the rope, as the instructor lowers you in more challenging sections. The second half of the canyon is usually full of water and offers a nice way to refresh in the freshwater pools. A final hike through the boulder valley gets us back to the cars and a well-deserved lunch. Enjoy local lunch and head back to Muscat. We enjoy a filling lunch at a local restaurant in the village and make our way to the last stop of the day – Bimmah Sinkhole. This sinkhole is quite a spectacle with golden colour rock framing a bold turquoise pool. Brackish water in the Sinkhole is what gives it its colour. We hike down for a swim and head back to Muscat.
