3-Hour Hands-On Cooking Class in New Orleans
Throughly enjoyed this class. Our host was a kind, knowledgeable chef, storyteller, and comedian rolled into one jolly fellow. Plus we got to enjoy a five star meal that we prepared ourselves. The guy cleaning up was so very nice as well. One heck of an experience!!

Due to COVID-19, I’m forced to learn how to cook and so my experience is highly limited, but the cooking lessons were easy enough to follow and understand plus the teacher is VERY charismatic and knowledgeable that it gives me the courage to try cooking the recipe he showed and provided.

Had a great time with Chef Eric. The food was very good and we had plenty to eat. Felt very safe with social distancing. Served us Abita beer complimentary with our food. Definitely a great demo filled with lots of tips!

New Orleans Cooking Class
What a memorable event! Rene and team were funny, professional and knowledgeable. So much more than"just" a demonstration; a history lesson, comedy show and a cooking demo. Most highly recommended.
