Slide & Splash admission tickets include all-day access to the park’s many attractions and swimming areas, including dedicated zones for children under five. The park also hosts live falconry, parrot, and reptile shows, which are included in the entrance fee.
On-site facilities include safe lockers, sunbeds and parasols for rent, and a selection of cafés and restaurants.
Free parking is available on-site.
There are swimming areas and activities suitable for all ages, but some slides and activities have height restrictions.
The park and pools are wheelchair accessible, but not all of the activities are suitable for those with limited mobility.
Slide & Splash is located 3 miles (5 kilometers) from Lagoa along Portugal’s Algarve coast, and shuttle buses run to the park from many of the region’s hotels and beach resorts. Alternatively, you’ll need your own transport or will have to take a taxi.
Slide & Splash is open from April to October, but the busiest time is in peak season (July and August), when opening hours are also extended. If you’re arriving by private transfer, plan to get there when the park opens at 10am to secure a parking spot and head inside before the shuttle buses arrive. The park is closed on Sundays.
Adrenaline seekers make a beeline for extreme slides, such as the Big Wave, Kamikaze Renewal, Black Hole, and Tornado. Other popular activities include the Rapid River, Tropical Paradise, and numerous swimming areas and wave pools. For younger children, there are plenty of small slides, fountains, and water cannons. Those wanting to relax can head to the Jacuzzi, enjoy a massage or fish spa (extra cost), or take a scenic cruise down the Lazy River.
