Brandywine Falls
The Basics
The falls are the main attraction at Brandywine Falls Provincial Park, at the northern end of Daisy Lake in the mountains south of Whistler. The 0.5-mile (0.8-kilometer) trail to Brandywine Falls leads to a platform with panoramic views of the waterfall, Daisy Lake, and the surrounding peaks. The waterfall is included on many guided tours, including single- and multi-day trips, tours that focus on the magnificent Sea to Sky route, and ATV excursions.
Things to Know Before You Go
The falls are a must-visit for adventure-seeking nature lovers.
Bring plenty of water, as there are no drinking water facilities in the park; pit toilets are available on-site.
Pets are allowed in Brandywine Provincial Park, but they must be kept on a leash.
The short, steep Swim Lake Trail branches off from the Brandywine Falls Trail just before the railroad crossing. If you’re visiting on a warm day, pack a bathing suit for a cool dip in the small lake.
How to Get There
You'll find the trailhead for the falls in Brandywine Falls Provincial Park on the east side of Highway 99, the Sea-to-Sky Highway. It’s 10.5 miles (17 kilometers) south of Whistler Village, and ample parking is available. The main parking lot is often closed during winter months, but there’s usually a small parking area cleared at the edge of the highway.

Activities in Brandywine Falls Provincial Park
In addition to the short Brandywine Falls Trail, the park offers a network of longer trails that are enjoyed by hikers and bikers. To check out the Whistler Bungee Bridge that draws adventurous bungee jumpers, take the 0.9-mile (1.5-kilometer) Sea to Sky Trail that branches off from the Brandywine Falls Trail, just after the railroad tracks.
