The guide insulted us with a sterotype comment during the trip. We booked using the website and somehow it was for the wrong date. We didn’t discover the wrong date until the incorrect date had passes so the supplier considered us as “no show”. We rebooked. The supplier didn’t give any refund or discount. Cassis is a great location, however our experience was terrible.

We were met in Aix in timely fashion and then driven to the lovely town of Cassis on the Mediterranean Sea, Our guides were friendly and informative. When we arrived in Cassis, they dropped us off and designated a meeting place for our return to Aix. We had time for lunch and a walk through this charming town.

Qdo me enviaram email cancelando o tour Full-Day Small Group Lavander Tour to Valendole,Moustiers Sainte Marie nas Verdon ftom Aix-en- Provence (7002P15),em 15/06/18,que faria no dia 23/06/18,vcs me perguntaram se poderia fazê -lo no dia 22/06/18.respondi que não, que ja tinha comprado com vcs tours para os dias 21 e 22 de junho,e que se não pudessem trocar o tour do dia 21/06/18, (Cassis Half-Day from Aix en Provence, )para o dia 23/06/18 ,queria que cabcelassem esse tour tb.Não tive nenhuma resposta deste email,enviei vários outros pedindo o cancelmento do tour do dia 21/06/18,e vcs,até o dia 20/06/18,em que cheguei em Aix-en-Provence ,e procurei o escritório de Turismo da cidade,e tentei por lá tb ter algum contacto com vcs,conversei até com um guia da Tylene Turismo que iria fazer este tour do dia 21/06 para Cassis,querendo saber oque vcs tinham resolvido sobre meu caso,se tinham cancelado este tour do dia 21/06 que desde o primeiro email por mim enviado respondendo o Deus,não tive nehuma informação do cancelamento. Responderam no dia do tou e no dia seguinte que não cancelaram meu tour porque não tinhafeito o pedido no prazo,o que não é verdade,pois ja tinha pedido o cancelamento desde o primeiro email qdo disse que se não pudessem passar este tour do dia 21/06 para o dia 23/06,era para cancela-lo.Estou até hoje aguardando o reembolso no meu cartão de crédito do valor pago neste tour do dia 21/06,que nao fiz,para Cassis, porque deixei bem claro que deveria ser cancelado ,pedido feito dentro do prazo estipulado.vocês poderam entrar em contacto com o escritório de Turismo de Aix en Provence ,procurar por Jakob,que trabalha lá e está a par do ocorrido,inclusive com uma reclamação minha feira por escrito para vcs,datada de 23/06/18.aguardo o reembolso do valor pago por este tour em meu cartão de crédito o mais breve possível .obrigada
