1.5 Hour Quad Off-Road Tour from Albufeira

It was disappointing and bad organisation. The Quad bikes are very old and not at all what advertised!

Very ignorant people who run this. Not friendly at all intimidating if anything. Never felt welcome if anything not wanted.

The worst. Never book there. It's a scam and the tour operator is an HORRIBLE human being. Almost ran over my friends

We arrived with cab. We got out and the tour guide rudely told us to get us to get back in the cab and go home in front of the other bikers. We found out later, they rescheduled the bike ride without telling us. Viator didn’t refund or let us reschedule our ride. We lost £156.

We rented quads they didn’t have any quads only buggies we didn’t want the buggies… they said we’d have to reschedule we had other events planned and couldn’t reschedule… they didn’t give us our money back… they were RUDE and dismissive…

Was an lovely, funny and awesome tour. The tour guides were very kind and had a lot of patience with others that was their first time riding a quad. You guys are awesome. Thank you for a great time. Job wel done.

I had a really bad experience with this specific organisation.the address they given on their website is not full Address.i was struggling to book taxi with that only town name and postcode.i asked my hotel receptionist to help me with that and if she can book the taxi from there end.and she said that they have not provide the street name So she can’t help.after 30min struggling with this I called the emergency no.what they provide on their website and one The staff said she will text to me to me on my mobile,after 7min I called her back and said I haven’t got any text can she give me the address as I was running out of my time.she said she will give this to my hotel receptionist in her language.that time was sharp 10:30amon 25th June 22,she gave the address and from my hotel to quad was only 35min away by car.so I requested her to wait for 5to10min.she clearly said that they cannot wait any single minute if you want to come or not your choice but we will not wait.i request her again that pls if she can hold would be very helpful.she not only refused my request but she was so rude and I felt that I should have not come to Portugal.i am sure people can make it easily but I was Not having my own Vehicle.all I want to say is I understand that they can not wait but their was no need to be a so rude.

No one use this, I promise you it’s the last thing you want to do, the quad bikes are all faulty and you have to fill in a form where if you break your bikes they’ll take all your money, it’s not worth it listen to me, you pay whatever you pay for on the website then they’ll ask €100 deposit, this is a scam make sure you do not book, if the wheel pops and it’s out of your control they’ll charge you £200 plus your deposit but they’ll take your whole group deposit do not book these look. I’m already in contact with Viator to get them shut down and refund €200 they took for a headlight dropping out do not book with them it is a scam I promise. They take you through Rocky Mountains knowing a lot of people are not experienced so they want you to crash, I’ve rid quadbikes all my life and never had a headlight just fallen out, then they try blame you.

The owner of this business is rude, unfriendly and takes large deposit as “insurance” and won’t accept card deposits. Absolutely appalling customer service definitely would never want to have this experience again

The off road parts of the journey were so cool, it gave us a chance to view parts of the Algarve that you wouldn’t normally see.
