Your full-day Aruba 4x4 adventure takes you to two of the island’s most popular coastal sites: the Natural Pool and Baby Beach. Start with hotel pickup in the morning for the ride to the tour operator’s base, where you meet your guide for a safety briefing before taking off in a caravan of Land Rovers.

Take a seat in your open-air vehicle—designed with extra-cushioned seats for a comfortable ride—and set out toward Arikok National Park, a protected preserve that makes up almost 20 percent of the island. En route, stop for photo ops of historical and natural landmarks including the California Lighthouse on Aruba’s northern end. Hear about the island’s gold-prospecting days at the Gold Mill Ruins and view Natural Bridge, a limestone formation on the northeast coast that collapsed in 2005.

Around midday, enjoy a homemade barbecue lunch and then continue to traverse rugged terrain through the national park to the Natural Pool, a coastal swimming hole accessible only to 4WD vehicles. With free time here, snap on your provided snorkel and mask to explore the pool formed by volcanic rock, and refresh with a cool beverage.

Departing the Natural Pool, travel by Land Rover to Baby Beach, a crescent-shaped stretch of shoreline located on Aruba’s southern coast. Enjoy more free time to relax at this Caribbean paradise, using your snorkeling gear to explore the marine life in the shallow, tranquil waters.

On the way back to your hotel, stop at a few other cultural landmarks including the Alto Vista Chapel and Anchor in Memory of All Seamen for a few photo opportunities.

Later when the refinery opened in San Nicolas, Aruba started to receive mega-tankers to load and unload mostly crude and derivatives. As a recognition of the sailors and marine history, the anchor was placed. The contrast and backdrop are stunning and certainly a must see. Picture Opportunity

Wally, Tony, and Uncle Johnny were the absolute best tour guides in Aruba! The tour showed us the best of Aruba with back stories and history and humor...I could go on and on! The food was amazing and the off-roading was so fun!! We will definitely book with ABC again! Especially if we can get Wally, Tony and Uncle Johnny again!!

Best Aruba Tour Ever

Picked up at our hotel on time by Ivo our driver and guide. At ABC tours the rest of the group boarded 2 Jeep’s 8 couples, plenty of room. Ivo and Abraham were our guides. Masks optional outdoors, no body wore them👍. Ivo was the Happiest and funny tour guide ever. Both Ivo and Abraham could not have been more Attentive to everyone’s needs, from a pair of very young newlyweds, to our selves celebrating our fiftieth anniversary. At the natural pool Ivo helped me climb the rocks so I could dive in . Ivo and Abraham helped everyone down the rocky path so everyone could swim in the natural pool. We made more than the advertised stops, saw most of the island’s highlights. Best parts of the tour for me was a unscheduled stop a a secluded beach, Baby beach where you can walk Two hundred yards out and be in waist high crystal clear calm water with sand a fine as powder, and Natural Pool with all the off roaring to get to these sites. It was a long day 8:00 am to 6:00 pm with a nice lunch at ABCs Restaurant. Happy Island fun!

Adventurous Day

A great day! Our tour guides Boss Lady and Abraham were fun and knowledgeable (and fantastic drivers over all of the rocky terrain). The lunch was unbelievable with great selections to cover all tastes and types (even kids)! It was amazing to see the rocky turbulent beaches as compared to the beaches where everyone stays. I didn’t attempt the 94 stairs to the Natural Pool but the scenery was beautiful so the stop was not wasted on me. It’s a crazy bumpy ride ... wear sunglasses and a face cover ... don’t plan on wearing a hat!

What made this tour memorable were the guides. I was fortunate to have Uncle Johnny, Abe, and Anthony. They were kind and very patience. They are very tuned in to providing excellent customer service, If you only take one tour in Aruba this is the one to do. Ask for Uncle Johnny if possible.

What a pleasantly surprise

My husband found this tour online and told me about it however I didn’t expect that it was going to be such an adventure. We booked it thinking it was only the dry part of it but what a surprise was to know they were also taking us to baby beach, the natural pool and snorkeling. It was super interesting ; Big G and Abraham our tour guides did an excellent job providing us with history information about each of the stops. For example, I didn’t know that Aruba has 44 different religions , the history about the lighthouse as well as their política history. I would definitely recommended the tour. Also, the lunch was super super delicious. The grouper fish choice was excellent. In general the cost of the tour is totally worth. Get ready to enjoy a full day of adventures.
