If you want the most stress free airport experience, I highly recommend this service. Staff met us at the Airline check in building, took our passports and guided us to the front of every line until finally getting into the VIP lounge. Well worth it!

Dylan met me at Check-in and was with me the entire way. Helping me with my bags, the dog I adopted and even giving me time to get some chocolate from Duty Free. He was polite, talkative and attentive the entire time. Was the first time using the service and will use it every time we leave Aruba it is so convenient.

I’d like to have a specific time to meet our host at the airport. We requested that and never heard back so we just went to the airport very early and waited.

My wife and I signed up for and used the VIP Aruba Airport Hosting yesterday at the airport. We were greeted by a wonderful host who escorted us through each check-in process, and made sure we were attended to properly. We cut ahead of the long check-in line in the airport lobby. The only catch was that we had to wait in line for the customs check points. But with having our escort with us, the process seemed much faster. The Host finally brought us to the airport's VIP lounge. The lounge is a nice private area with a bar and food service. Food choices were very limited and extremely disappointing. Turkey and ham shooters with or without cheese, bags of chips, and tiny muffins - airplane economy class food at best. VIP Lounge is definitely a misnomer at Aruba airport. Would we utilize this service again? Aside from the poor selection of "food" in lounge, yes we would use this service again.

Worst experience on vacation. Not worth the money.

What started as a great experience turned horrible. Once we got to the lounge in the airport we came into a dirty facility. No one was clearing tables. After about 30 mins we went to switch tables and asked if they could clean up they told us they were closing in 20 mins. We paid for a lounge until our plane boarded. Boarding was 4:11 pm and we were told they would be closing at 3:30pm. Well they were rude when we told them that their operating hours online clearly said they were open until 5:00 pm that day and we really only needed 30 more minutes there. I called the tour operator and she said she would call them. She stated she paid them for our experience there. I asked for a return call. She never did. The staff in the lounge ignored us for the rest of the time until 3:45 when they told us they were locking the doors. They had been cleaning stuff and turning lights off around us. Again they were rude and could care less. Told us they gave us an extra 15 minutes. We had really no service in the lounge the whole time. They said they were closing so they could open a different lounge. We tried to call the Viator back and no one would answer our call. We feel we should be refunded for not getting the service we paid for and having a very bad experience after we paid a large sum of money for it.

We heard horror stories about 3 to 4 hour waiting lines and people missing their flights. First class experience had us through in 20 minutes. Steve our host, kept reassuring us and made us feel at ease. Once we were through, we relaxed in the VIP room until our flight. It was worth every penny and we would do it again!

Host Josh very upbeat and hospitable. Only downside, thought part of service was priority check in fir boarding passes. Everything else was great.
