Very Authentic My Type of Paella

Alex welcomed us warmly with nice cold cava and guided us to the well organized class. The paella receipe they shared was my kind of one... not mushy and wet. Three versions of flavors made the conversationan at the table more fun and enjoyable. Wish they could utilize participants for other cooking such as gaspacho and others... well done!

Thank you for taking the time to write a review! We are happy to hear you enjoyed the overall experience and found our rices to be just like you like them. Unfortunately, incorporating guests into the creation of all four courses would probably make the experience too long and, instead of having a dynamic 2 and a half hour long workshop, in which guests get to cook and then have time to relax by tasting their paella creations and the other dishes prepared by our staff, they would spend almost half a day in our space. However, we always strive for perfection so hearing feedback from our guests is very important for us and we will definitely take into account your input. What an enjoyable evening. It is hard to know if we had a better time cooking, socializing with people from around the world, or eating the wonderful food. One of us had a seafood allergy and another was vegetarian. The class was easily able to accommodate both needs. This class is well worth the time and effort.

Un experiencia excelente. Alex y Alex son muy buenos anfitriones. La comida exquisita. Si bien el tour se compro con guia en español, todos eran turistas no españoles ni latinos, pero ambos Alex supieron sortear la situacion.
