Very interesting tour!

Both of these tours were great! Very informative!! I wished we wouldn’t have done both in one day though. We would have liked more time at Park Guell on our own just to explore. Also, if you want to see the tower at the cathedral make sure to look for that option. Somehow I missed that.

Lots of stairs.

Interesting tour guides. We did a combo with Towers. It allowed time for lunch. Note the views from the Towers are great, but you have to walk down over 400 stairs. It is narrow and no room to pass. Ensure you can do it before you go up.

Didn’t skip line

I booked Park Guell and Sangrada Familia tour together. I wasn’t aware there was a one hour break in between the two. That was not a problem. The problem was after the hour break we went to the 2nd part of tour, Sagrada Familia and had to wait 30 min in hot sun while our tour guide was inside getting tickets ready. I paid to “skip the line” and not wait around. We stood watching others walk right in, not fun. The good thing about was our guides Xavier and Irina. They were extremely knowledgeable and personable. The tour would have been perfect had we not waited around. Lastly I suggest including the tower tour, totally worth it!

Great day Top sites

These are iconic sites. Having a guide & skipping the lines was very valuable. Promo didn’t tell us the guide would do Spanish & English so it took longer & there was more downtime than expected. Guide was knowledgeable but not deeply, we learned a bit more hanging in the fringes of other groups.

Disappointed in the guide's attitude. Rather bullying at times and condescending at others. Also disappointed with the amount of interesting items particularly in the park.

Did not like the dual language tour. We should have been given the opportunity to have known and opted out if desired

Better if English only

The tour was excellent. Having the guide go back and forth with English and French was time consuming and slightly disruptive

Park Güell was beautiful but I felt like we spent too much time at the beginning with the arches and the rushed at the end with the lizard. Also, 10mins is not enough at the gift shop due the the lines. We then rode to La Sagrada Familia and had an hour lunch break before that tour began. I feel like that should’ve been timed differently. I went up to a tower in the church which had lovely views but going downstairs was frightening. They do give you the option to ride the elevator down if there’s medical reasons. Lovely way to spend the day learning about and seeing Gaudí’s work.

It is amazing the talent shown on this tour. The Guell art is beautiful. La Sagrada is very beautiful and worth the see. A lot of walking involved.

Sagrada Familia is not to be missed!
Joel_B

There were 2 very different parts to this tour, with Parc Guell and Sagrada Familia being night and day different. Parc Guell was fun, but the tour itself was not good. Started 20 min late, then another 15 min while people got their head sets working. A quick walk around just the first area of the park with minimal information, then just 10 min of free time while headsets were returned. Then we were told we had to climb back up to the top parking lot (which we could have done at our pace instead of waiting) and hustled onto a shuttle to get to Sagrada Familia...only to have to wait over an tour for a new guide and the tour to start. We were really not happy at this point, but the second tour really made up for it. Amazing guide with tons of information, very thorough and saw everything. Ended with going up the tower elevator which was terrifying going back down, it would have been nice to get some warning of how steep and dangerous coming back down would be! Overall the second tour made the day worthwhile.

False Advertising
Mark_S

We had a miserable time. Skip the line is not true, we waited everywhere to get in in the hot sun. The group consisted of both French and English speaking people which took twice as long. It was so crowded it was miserable. We will never do that again. The Park was so crowded we could barely move. Basically, you guys gave false advertising.

My memorable part of the tour was learning about Guadi way of thinking and design and how he put his three important things in life into his design.

Our cab driver dropped us off on the wrong side of the park. When I asked a Viator representative who was there leading another tour if he could somehow contact my toyr operator to let them know we were on our way he said he could not. Also his directions to get to the other entrance was unclear. Needless to say we missed our tour and were told we could not get a refund. Very disappointed with this company!!

Good when you don't have to much time and want to skip the line.

I really loved the skip the line part. I wished the guide would of given us more time to take pictures at viewpoints in Park Guell. We had 20 minutes at the end but since he finished the tour outside the gate, I coudln't get inside to go take the pictures.

This was a very informative fun tour despite the torrential rain fall. I would recommend this tour to anyone

Raoul was informative, funny and interesting. He made the tour more relatable for me by sharing personal experiences.
