Didn’t get to go on this, because we missed the boat by two minutes! We tried to call to let them know we were slightly late, as we hadn’t know the departure point was so far from our cruise ship port, but were unable to get ahold of them at all!

You must have misunderstood something here. This is not a guided tour, this is a fjord cruise. There is no guide on the cruise, but a a friendly crew who will help you in any way they can. As we can see it you have bought this tour, for the same departure at Viator, GetYourGuide and at the boat ticket office, so we are not sure what this is about. If you need help you are welcome to call our office, something you should have done in the first place.

Amazing views of the Fjords and mountains, the waterfalls were particularly special. However, the whole trip was a bit overpriced for what it was.

All aspects great. Boat was clean & comfortable. Only complaint was no visible signage to find the boat. Giving the address wasn't helpful. We need the boat name. Map wouldn't download.
