Kohala Zipline Station located in Kapaau in North Kohala. Driving directions from Kona/Kohala Resorts: • Take Highway 19 (Queen Kaahumanu Hwy) north to Highway 270 (Akoni Pule Hwy). • Turn left on to Highway 270 and continue approximately 21 miles to the intersection of Highway 270 and Hawi Road. • Turn right on to Hawi Road. Kohala Zipline is the historic yellow building on the left behind the gas station.

This activity will end right where it started.
  • Confirmation will be received at time of booking
  • Guests must wear closed-toed shoes
  • Lightweight pants, capris or knee-length shorts, and a light sweatshirt are recommended
  • Participants must weigh between 70 and 270 lbs (32 kilograms and 122 kilograms)
  • Minor children require a parent or guardian to sign their participation agreement, and children between the ages of 8 and 13 require an adult to zip with them
  • This tour is not recommended for expectant mothers or those with back or neck problems
  • Not wheelchair accessible

Great adventure for all ages. Travis and Kylee (sp?) were great and entertaining as well! Which when you go you never know the level of fun and it was great. Our son is 11 and had the best time. It was the 2nd time zip lining and it was just as good as the first and much longer lines and higher as well

Having never zip lined before I truly did not know what to expect. Our guides, Braxton and Kat, were positively amazing. They were welcoming and friendly and their attention to safety alleviated any concerns I harbored. Halfway through our zip line I only wanted to go on longer. We had a group of eight and where we all started as strangers because of Brax’s and Kat’s infectious enthusiasm we were all friends by the end. I can’t recommend Kohala zip lines enough. I had the time of my life.

Braxton and Kat were so fun, made everyone feel safe, encouraged, and like Ohana! Our group had an amazing time, even when I took forever crossing the many bridges!! 😂 They also made it a point to make sure we could get a particular shot we needed for a Girl Scout event. Thank you!

Such a great afternoon in the trees! Our guides Jake and Daven were amazing! They shared a ton of Hawaiian history, were upbeat, put everyone on the tour at ease and made us all laugh. They took great care of our kiddos (10 and 12) as well. They also took a ton of photos for us! I’d do this tour every day if I could!
