This tour turned something so beautiful into something so stressful and poorly run. Both flights were delayed by over an hour. Rude driver who was in charge of our transfers. Queued for an hour and a half for a 10 minute helicopter ride Hard Rock Cafe was lack lustre. Only did 2/3things we paid for

Unfortunately, we can not control the weather and for passenger safety commercial airlines depart only when it is 100% safe to do so. It is unfortunate you had to wait a few minutes for the Helicopter flight but there are other passengers who also purchased this tour and everyone had to queue to be accommodated in order. Please be aware, the Hardrock Cafe, though famous, is a chain restaurant with the same menu in many locations.

Unfortunately it poured with rain all day so not much fun hanging around waiting for transport back to airport! The falls were amazing and maid of the mist a must. We walked to Canada ...just because we could but area around Niagara is tacky and not much to do unless you want casinos or fair ground attractions!
