This was the most fun we’ve had on a trip. Carlos and his other coworkers catered to our group, answered all our questions and allayed our fears. Excellent, excellent and excellent!!

ONE WORD: DISAPPOINTING.

I booked this tour with my boyfriend and our best friends. We were really excited to do all these activities but we were so disappointed. The 3 activities are ATVs, Zip lining, and a cenote swim, WITH AN INCLUDED DELICIOUS MAYAN LUNCH. Let me go by parts: 1. We thought we would do the activities in the order described: atvs, the zip lining, and then cenote swim. Instead we did cenote swim first, then zip lining, then ATVs. 2. The life vests at the cenote were broken and old. The cenote swim was fun but only lasted 20 minutes and not the 40 minutes they told us. 3. The zip lining was basically 3 short lines and the last one they try to make it exciting by making you do an upside down pose like spider man. Not exciting at all. It's zip lining for kids. Nothing exhilarating at all! The equipment does feel safe though. the only good thing. 4. The ATVS were fun but some stop working mid trail. That's what happened to by best friend and her boyfriend. When their ATV stopped working at the beginning of the trail, one of the tour guide switched with them, only they got a single ATV and not a double (which they needed since it was 2 people). My best friend was riding in the back of her boyfriend and since the ATV was not a double, her butt was sitting on the metal part and she kept getting hurt throughout the entire bumpy ride of the ATV trail. Not the trail's fault but ATVs aren't fun when you are in pain the whole ride. Her legs were also getting burnt from the heat of the ATV and she had to put her legs on top of her boyfriend which was very uncomfortable. At the end when we complained to the tour guide, she gave us an attitude and told us there are no double or single ATVs, that they are all the same. Which is false because if that was the case, then why is it that when you book this tour you pick single or double ATV? And why was it that the first ATV that they used, allowed my friend to sit on an actual seat and not on the metal railing in the back? TOTAL BULLSH*T! 5. After the 3 activities they make you sit down for a "surprise tequila tasting" which is a total waste of time and just an excuse to have you listen and yes try the tequila that they sell ridiculously over-priced!!! But they tell you that you won't find it anywhere else... LIES.... look online, go to another Mexican liquor store and you'll find it. It's all just a tactic for you to buy their liquor. 6. PROBABLY THE WORST FOOD I HAVE EVER EATEN! They advertise that lunch is included. The choices were 2 tacos per person of either tuna, cochinita pibil which is like pulled pork, or rice and beans. REALLY?!!! RICE AND BEANS TACOS?? If you want any other meat like chicken or steak or other appetizers, you gotta pay for that food. But they offer you the non-free food first. and then tell you that it's not included. and they only give you water as a refreshment. No soda or juice. Then the tacos we ordered came... the torillas were cold and stale, the rice and beans had no seasoning, no toppings nothing. It was disgusting. Finally we are ready to leave... after being there all day and basically wasting time listening to them talk and waiting around to go to our next activity and having horrible food, all we want to do is go back to our 5-star resort.... where we should have stayed from the beginning. So we ask one of the people if our transportation is ready and they tell us to wait. we wait and then ask again. then they tell us that the vans are ready but that we have to wait to see if the people that were on the van with us are also ready. No problem, we asked that family if they were read since they were sitting in the table next to us and their responses was omg yes let's go we want to get out of here! So we tell the guy, hey listen they're ready, we are all ready, he gives us a dirty look and tells us to exit and look for our van. They basically want to keep you hostage to ask for a tip at the end. So we left and WE ARE NEVER GOING BACK. If you are looking for a tour with ATVs, zip-lining, and cenote KEEP LOOKING. There are other parks with far better lines and tours with ATVs and more beautiful cenotes all over Tulum and Cancun. Don't waste your money. You will regret it! HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE AND HORRIBLE FOOD AND HORRIBLE ORGANIZATION!

Most fun I’ve had on an atv tour in Mexico in a long time. Staff was great and our tour guide Mary was number one in the world. I can’t forget about the zip line and cenote. Which was both absolutely stunning as well. Very fun park. Would recommend

This Tour Sucks!

The tour wasn’t what I expected at all. The way it is advertised you would think you’re doing ATV’s first and then zip lining and finally the cenotes. Instead, we did cenote, zip lining and then ATV’s. The cenote was beautiful and we had a great time. As far as the zip lining, it was ok. I guess I was expecting something exhilarating and it was nothing like that. The ATV’s should have been fun except for the fact that not to long into the ride, our ATV stopped working and one of the tour guides had to switch with us. It would have been ok had he not given us a single when we had reserved for a double. I was sitting in the back of the ATV and i was not sitting on the seat. I was sitting on metal behind my boyfriend. When we complained about it, the tour guide with an attitude told us all ATV’s are the same size and there are no singles or doubles. What makes no sense is that the first ATV we were given, I was sitting on a seat and not metal. The worst part of the whole excursion aside from the customer service had to have been the food. In the description of the tour it says “delicious Mayan type lunch.” LIES!!!! There was nothing delicious about it. They give you 3 options and you get 2 tacos. The options are: tuna, pork, or rice and beans. RICE AND BEANS?!? You would think they would at least put some pico de Gallo but no, NOTHING. You literally get a tortilla with rice and beans and nothing else. They don’t even offer you chicken tacos. Instead they try to sell you the other types of tacos and other appetizers. If you’re looking for a tour with ATV’s, zip lining and cenotes; KEEP LOOKING.

They force you to seat and watch a presentation about tequila to sell their product. A total waist of time. Time that could be used enjoying the activities that they rush you through it.

2h Event 4-5h traveling+waiting

This was the second tour we book and based on this we could discuss with the tour and made some changes due to our planning. The main problem with this and also the other tour was that the mentioned time and duration is completly not realistic. The tour was mentioned with 4 hours but took around 7 hours picking everybody up and drive to the location. The events where OK. the cenote is very beautiful (30-40min), zipplines could be more and longer (30min) and the ATV tour was ok (30min). The lunch would not even fill up a child, two small fajitas. So do not expect a buffet or something replacing the normal lunch. At the end we spend more time with traveling and waiting for return than enjoying the events.

Awesome Cancun excursion

This excursion was so much fun. I went with just my sister and it was convenient that they picked us up right from our hotel. We then had lockers to put our stuff, so you do have time to bring clothes for the swim, and the atv riding. Our tour guide Alberto was so much fun! He gave all the encouragement to try fun safe ways to enjoy the Cenote swim. Tequila tasting so good! Thanks Raul! The whole experience was very worth it! I would recommend you try it on your next trip! And they take pictures during the event, you must pay at the end, but the quality and amount of pictures for the whole group is worth it!!
