Departure Point

Traveler pickup is offered
Roundtrip transportation is available from most Cancun and Riviera Maya hotels. If your hotel is located outside the pickup zone, a central meeting point will be advised upon reconfirmation. If you are staying in Tulum, Cozumel or Isla Mujeres, pickup is from a meeting point.

If your hotel is not listed please leave us a note with your hotel name, to establish pickup time.

Begin with pickup at your hotel in Cancun or the Riviera Maya, then travel to Extreme Adventure Eco Park, where your experience begins in a jungle setting.

Start by soaring through the trees on a series of ziplines, then cross hanging bridges that challenge your balance while offering a unique view of the forest canopy. Return to the ground and trade your zipline harness for a Honda 220cc ATV, then follow a guide down rugged jungle trails, bumping over rocks and roots surrounded by thick forest.

Finish the day Yucatan style by cooling off in a cenote: you can zipline, cliff-jump, or take the stairs into the underground pool, which is part of a massive limestone cave system carved by freshwater. Return to base to refuel with a light snack (photos of the day are available for purchase), then make the return trip to Cancun and the Riviera Maya, where this tour concludes.

The tour was scheduled from 130-530 but we didn't get started until about 220. Also, the ATV grouping could have been better if they grouped the experienced riders & non-experirenced separately - having to stop & wait on inexperienced riders cut down on riding time. Outside of that the staff was good and made us feel welcome

Excursions not as described

The ATV was advertised for a 50 min ride, but instead it was more like a 10 min ride. The ATV kept getting stuck and some didn’t work properly. The lockers are not included and you have to pay for your drinks. The tour guides were very nice though, but the actual excursions were not as described.

50/50... avoid the sales pitch hassles!

We really enjoyed the activities we actually booked such as ATV, zip lines and cenote swim. The tacos were also awesome! The sales portion was very overwhelming and OBNOXIOUS! This ruined our experience. We WASTED over an hour listening to sales pitches for vanilla and souvenirs. We did not sign up to be hassled like this at the facility!

Bad Bad excursion

The worst experience I’ve had on an excursion.. We had to wait for about an hour before we got started on the excursion. Then the brakes didn’t work on the ATV and we only rode to ATV for 20 minutes because they all kept breaking down. I paid for a solo rider but when a young lady got stranded on her ATV she had to ride with me.

My experience at eco park was fun overall. I was able to experience 3 different activities, swimming in cenote, zip-lining, and driving ATVs, which I never experienced before. I enjoyed the variety of activities and having a three in-one excursion. However, the company is extremely unorganized and most staff hold a laissez faire( go with the flow) attitude. Before checking in we sat for approximately 10-15 minutes unaware of what was going on. The check-in was done all at once with about 5 groups or so. Talk about confusing!! The staff members loved to make corny jokes at inappropriate moments, and my friends and I were sometimes unsure if we were at an adventure park or a bad comedy show. The jokes all around just fell flat. Upon arriving, we were not informed about the schedule of activities or the order in which we would complete the activities. There was no information regarding the things we should and should not bring to the park. When arriving at the park, I noticed the lack of information regarding personal items ( towels, water shoes, bug spray) was most likely due to the fact the company attempts to get you to purchase many of the items you may have brought from home if made aware (i.e. water shoes=$20). They also sale lockers to store personal items for $10 but $5 you get back in the end. Also confusing! In addition to the 3 activities, the excursion includes an informational tour where staff members give a history talk about the area along with a promotional spill to sale vanilla flavoring. No disrespect to the culture, but this was somewhat boring seeing that my group was anxious to get active and pump some adrenaline! My group also experienced a delay in transportation between transitioning from the cenote to the ATVs. We lost valuable time that could have been spent swimming instead of waiting for a van to arrive. I did appreciate the effort of the staff during the ATV activity, as my friends and I became stuck in the mud several times. However, my friend’s ATV ran out of gas midway on the trail which could have easily been prevented with the appropriate preparation. I also advise eating before you arrive in case your lunch is last on the schedule like ours was. The lunch only includes two tacos with the options of beans/rice or pork, and a drink is not included, so also be prepared to spend extra on food unless you can wait. I’m not complaining; overall, I had a great time. I would advise that you are a flexible person before booking this excursion. If you’re a type A personality who likes things a specific way and organized then please don’t book.

I booked this tour based on the reviews. They are misleading. This tour was awful! Pros: the zipline is perfect for someone who is a first timer. Another pro was that this tour allowed me to bond with 8 strangers. We bonded over our mutual disappointment. The photo guy at the end was the only professional. Cons: Where do I begin? The van did not have AC and the driver drove 100 mph scaring me and the rest of the group. When we arrived, we had to wait for an hour ... no explanation what so ever. Finally someone asked why were we waiting and the worker said we were waiting for another bus to arrive ... mind you there were about 20-30 of us there .. they could have started. The staff was unprofessional. Then we had to sit through a vanilla presentation. I felt like I was at a timeshare. That was pointless. Finally we went to the cenote which is meh at best. The last thing was the ATV. I have rode on ATVs several times so I know how its supposed to go and this was not it. First of all one ATV had a flat tire and no one wanted to ride it. The tour guide was very upset that no one wanted to ride with a flat tire. The atv that I was given constantly cut off. I was informed thats why they gave me a flat tire one ... ummm NO ... how about investing in atvs that arent broken. Another person in my group had to change atv’s 3 times cause they kept breaking down. I ended up having to ride with someone else which is NOT what I paid for .... oh and 50 minutes riding through the jungle? Naw ... try 20 minutes riding to a point and turning around. Im convinced anyone who thought and reviewed that this is a good experience has never had good experiences on a vacation. This tour ruined my whole day. I was ready to go back to the hotel but we had to wait around for tuna fish or pork tacos 🥴 Then it was raining hard on the way back but that didnt stop our driver from going 100 mph taking us back. Ive never prayed so hard in my life. Oh and I forgot they had the audacity to ask us for a tip and tell us “dont let us down” .... this whole tour was a let down.

Fun and great park. You get all you want in one park! Not far from the Hotel zone of Cancun. Staff was very friendly and great sense of humor. This was my second time going to this park.
