A little disappointed

They contacted me to tell me it would be an additional $120 for transport from my hotel, it was only about a 10-15 minute ride so we took the bus for $1. They did not tell me that everything except shopping on the island was closed until we were already out on the boat. I informed them that neither me of my husband drink alcohol, the only non alcoholic beverages were water and a couple old, already opened 2 liters of flat soda. Snorkeling was great, the crew was very friendly and the boat was beautiful but overall not worth the money.

What a fantastic experience! Highly recommend to do this as a private tour, the impeccable service, combined with attentive, fun and sweet personality by Fernando, coupled with the great driving skills of Willy made this catamaran/snorkeling excursion an event to remember for my fiancé and me!

We had a great time. Snorkeled over a nature preserve between Cancun and Isla Mujeres that had lots to see including some goofy underwater statues at the end. Then had an hour on Isla Mujeres to shop and grab a bite. The crew was great, friendly, and kept the cerveza flowing. The weather was cool and windy so we got bumped up to a larger cat--not the Nal Gone--which was great. The port access was down an alley behind an older resort which seemed a little sketchy at first, but only because we didn't expect it.

I booked a morning cruise for my family and friends and we had such a blast! Transportation to and from our villa was provided for a reasonable fee. Upon arrival at the dock, we met Fernando and Willy and set sail for our cruise. Fernando presented us with various options to choose from. We chose to spend our time at a snorkel location where we were able to see lots of fish and then on to Isla Mujeres where we were able to enjoy the beach and surroundings. Having the open bar was a great perk. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Fernando and Willy and we will definitely book this cruise again during our next visit!
