Gold Member ticket holders get a reserved seat in the VIP section of Coco Bongo. This section is blocked off from the general public and only allows access to those with VIP tickets (which is what you purchased). In our ticket instructions, we stress how important it is that you arrive on time for check in, as seat choices are first come first serve to the VIPs in this area. Everyone who enters the club first gets priority seat choices. Coco Bongo sells out every single night, so once everyone is seated, those who arrive late have less options available to choose from. That said, it sounds like there were some Front Row seats available that were offered to you, that would give you a completely unobstructed view of the show from the Front Row of the VIP section. These seats do come at a higher price point, as you can see on the event listing where you purchased your tickets. This information is provided prior to booking as well as on receipt of purchase and the reason we stress the ticket instructions so much is because we want to ensure you have a positive experience and get the most out of your purchase. VIP tickets are great because they cover express entry to the club (as the doors open to Gold Member and Front Row VIP ticket holders before the general public), as well as a top-shelf alcohol menu to order your drinks from (only Gold Member and Front Row VIP ticket holders have access to this menu) and of course your exclusive reserved seats to view the amazing performances, with a private waiter to serve you throughout the night! Post-pandemic safety protocols have been put in place in order to protect both staff and tourists alike. Each club has their own policy, including masks, gloves and sanitation.
