So worth it!!!

My brother and I had an amazing time with this tour. The staff were so so so awesome and fun. Our guide was know knowledgeable about the Mayan culture and the area we were in and the horses were all just wonderful. It’s so awesome that they have rescued all these animals and they are in good, safe homes now! The cenote was fun and refreshing!! I highly recommend this trip! Everything was clean and well maintained!

Talking with the tour guide, Sergio, and learning about the culture and personal details. Everyone was pleasant and professional. The only question I have is how long does it take for the photos I purchased to be emailed to us?

The experience was awesome. The guard was experience and very knowledgeable and passionate about what he did and the horses. He was friendly. Spoke clearly and easy to communicate with. The time flew by because it was fun and relaxing. The cleanliness of the place was on point. We felt very safe. Covid-19 measures were in place.

Worst Provider Possible - DO NOT BOOK
Tiffani_V
, Aug 2021
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! Do NOT book this excursion. Transportation was not provided as promised from our hotel. The only solution provided at the last minute (the morning of the excursion 1 hour before scheduled departure) was to get ourselves to the horseback stable by taxi - 1 hour from our hotel in a foreign country after paying nearly $500 for the excursion itself even though the booking says transportation is included! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. All customer service representatives spoke broken English and offered no viable solutions to book on another day or to refund the prepaid cost of nearly $500. I asked multiple times for a refund and each time was denied, even noting "This is our final decision" and do not contact them further. If you feel like giving away hundreds of dollars for nothing in return then this is the excursion for you. Otherwise, spend your money and your time on something of value and pleasure. Awful Awful Awful experience in every way! Highly recommend choosing another provider - there are plenty of choices!

The BEST experience
Brandy-Padgett
, Jul 2021
We loved it!!! Nice small group, beautiful scenery, wonderful tour guides, splendid views, and gorgeous horses. Also loved the dogs and donkey. Our tour guide took plenty of time to explain everything and told us awesome stories about Mayan culture. It was very comfortable and relaxed and felt like being with friends rather than on a tour. The cenote was gorgeous and a great way to end our time at the ranch. 110% recommended!
