Isla Mujeres All Inclusive Luxury Catamaran & Snorkel from Cancun

We were on Boat #7 with Erick and his crew and they were great! Highly recommend! It was such beautiful weather, water beautiful and clear made snorkeling and swimming so fun!

They never picked us up. First time traveling to Cancun and my friends and I were very excited to do the above experience but it did not go as they promised. We booked weeks before our trip. the night before they called to confirm and told us to be in the lobby at 10:10am. We were there at 9:45am. 10:10am came around not picked up yet. I called, several numbers si ce the ones provided either were not in service or it was the wrong number, I got of hold of someone who said they were running 10 min late due to traffic. Called them back after 15min and the representative said that they went to the hotel and no one was there. Which is not true. We got a refund. And got on the ferry to playa de mujeres which we had a blast.

Super organized and professional! Great staff, super fun - experience for the whole family. Thank you for being 'safe' without taking the joy out of the day. We are not big on huge 'tour' crowds, but this was just enough without feeling overcrowded. Perfect and beautiful day, thank you for the memories!

Thank goodness oh so much for a lovely experience onboard - the staff was excellent, food was delicious, and the drinks were well crafted.

This was a pretty good tour. If you are looking for a good snorkeling experience, I would pick something else though. The boat ride was nice, staff was positive and helpful. Somethings to be aware of....you cannot put sunscreen on in the boat. We were rushed at checkin (which was the worst part) and didn’t have a chance to put as much on as we would have liked. You play in the water first, but then can’t reapply until you get to the island. Needless to say, we got sunburned. The snorkeling is very short and you have to stay in a close group, which meant hitting/kicking others while trying to swim. It really wasn’t enough time to really try to enjoy the fish. We opted not to eat the lunch as we don’t eat carbs but most people seemed to like it. We arrived at the island and was told not to rent a golf cart but after wasting an hour walking in the heat and going nowhere, we did rent one which made the experience so much better. As mentioned, checkin was the worst. Upon arrival at the dock, we had to wait in a long line as people individually filled out two forms to sign. It took forever (hence no time for more sunscreen). This really could have been collected in advance or handed out to people to sign while waiting. Very inefficient.

They forgot to pick us up and we couldn’t snorkel because of the weather but didn’t tell us until we were already there. Not impressed.

Wonderful adventure we loved the snorkeling and boat ride to the island. All the staff were super friendly and helpful! We would recommend this trip to anyone !

Avoid this company! They never came to pick me up from my hotel after sending several messages. Waste of time. Still waiting on my refund. They Ruined my vacation! Avoid them!
