A great time! Better than advertised!

My wife and I had a great time on the tour. We were picked up just a short distance from our air bnb in Playa Del Carmen along with a few other passengers. Our tour guide, Alejandro, was very friendly and knowledgeable. On our way to Tulum he gave us a little history lecture to prepare us for the tour of the ruins. After our tour was over we were shuttles to the cenotes which were beautiful and it was a really great experience being able to swim there. There is also a fantastic restaurant were the cenote swim takes place which was a nice surprise. Both Alejandro and our driver did a fantastic job!

Norma was our guide and she has a true passion for what she does. Great location, beautiful views the only drawback was that it was hot and humid. Overall, great tour.

Good but not the best

It is a good day trip but definetely not enough time to see Tulum and take pictures. The pick up at the hotels was almost two hours and the guide didn't speak English well. The food at the cenote is not included.

Great family excursion

Our family of 4 (two kids age 9 and 12) enjoyed our excursion to Tulum and Cenote Dos Ojos where we went snorkeling. Our guide Victor Manuel was friendly and very knowledgeable about the history of the ruins. Our driver (I think his name was Juan Carlos) picked us up promptly at 7 am as directed and we returned back to Cancun around 5 pm. We highly recommend taking the tour for a nice mix of history and swimming in a ceynote.

Such a great time!

I had such a great time this week with this tour! The hotel pickup service was prompt and we had such an awesome group. Our tour guide was so knowledgeable about literally everything! I learned about the Ruins, the best souvenir market in Cancun, stories about the cenotes, new music artists...everything! The view over the cliff of the Tulum Ruins was absolutely breathtaking. But the best part was visiting the Dos Ojos cenote. Careful with ordering the food though at the cenote- it took so long for our food to arrive that it ate into our swimming time. Would be best to grab something on the way out. Great value, I highly recommend!

Quite a good experience, only thing being that bus was late in picking me up

I'm giving this 4.5 stars. The only reason why I'm not giving it quite 5 stars is because the bus picking me up at my hotel was 15-20 minutes late. Otherwise, such a terrific trip, and with the number of fellow visitors (15+) that made it pretty intimate!

The guide picked us up from our hotel on time. They provided with us with much needed water. The first half of the tour was with the guide, and we got some archaeological information about the site. We had some personal time thereafter to take photos, and to look around the site at our own pace. We pretty much got free time at the natural sink holes.
