This is by far the worst tour that I’ve ever been on. Where do I begin? First, The tour included hotel pick up and they were trying to make go to a meet up location. I had to call to clarify this and they ended up sending someone to pick us up. Then, we went to pick up other guests which they couldn’t find and kept riding from one hotel to another for about an hour. When the tour guide gets in the van, he barely spoke and the other party had to ask him details of the itinerary. When we there I had to ask the tour guide about our welcome cocktails and snacks that were included in the tour. He said he didn’t have no knowledge about it but he would call his manager.He asked me to please screenshot what was included on the tour to forward it to his manager. After about an hour or so he came back with the welcome cocktails and a fruit cup as a snack. The tour says that you would pretty much have a peaceful and relaxing experience away from the street vendors, this is the complete opposite of what we experienced, there is nobody monitoring the entrance and we’re harassed to no end. The trip back was horrible, the driver was speeding, the AC didn’t work properly and the battery died in the middle of the afternoon traffic. The passengers had to get out and push the van so it could start. After, we get to center of Cartagena he stops in the middle of traffic to leave two guests two blocks away from the hotel because he said he was not going to take the traffic jam and was going to leave them close enough, in that process he gets stopped by a police officer who was going to give the driver a ticket because the side window was taped and at risk of braking. In that moment the tour guide gets off the van and leaves without saying a word. The police officer gave the driver a warning for leaving passengers in the middle of traffic/ broken window and he let him go. Furthermore, after he was let go he still left other passengers in the middle of traffic and go stopped again by the same police officer, who again addresses him for leaving the passengers in the middle of traffic. He took off and then left us in the hotel. I cannot make this up, it was a complete nightmare. Please avoid this tour at all costs. It’s not worth the money or time. You will be very disappointed.
