Angelica picked me and my daughter from the airport in Cartagena. We didn't initially see her as we exited the airport as she had been stationed to the right and we exited on the left. I contacted the company who gave me directions right away to where she was with a sign with my name printed clearly. Angelica was knowledgeable and answered questions as best she could! Would use this service again!

Horrible experience....if there was a rating less than 1 ⭐️ that would be more appropriate. I never made contact with the driver and had to take another Taxi to my condo. There was no way to contact the driver or company on day of arrival...I walked around outside looking for the location identified in the map, to no avail. There was no signage or anything identifying I was in the correct place or going in the right direction. I have yet to receive a call, text or email from the company regarding my refund.

Driver was on time with a clean car. He knew the city and dropped me off exactly where I needed to go in the old city. This company does not track in bound flights/arrivals. If your flight is delayed, you must notify them ASAP.

Our driver went above and beyond just getting us to our hotel. I wanted to find an ATM in the airport and it was tucked in a far corner. He walked us right to it and waited while I received local money.

My husband and I were picked up by Angelica. She was very prompt and shared quite a few details about Cartagena, including places she recommended for dinner. In fact, we requested to have her for our return trip! Also, Valencia was amazing! I had not realized that I needed to email our arrival details to her until literally one hour before our flight, but she responded almost immediately, and was able to book our return trip with very little hassle. I would highly recommend this service!

Our plane arrived with two other international flights, so it took us about 90 minutes to get through customs. I was so worried that we would miss our transfer but they were waiting for us as soon as we exited the luggage pickup area. We got some tips of places to visit on our ride to the hotel.
