We pick up customers from their hotels within the Chiang Mai city area. The pick-up time is usually 15-30 minutes before the appointment time and will be confirmed after your booking. To meet our driver, please wait at the reception or lobby of your hotel. Our driver will hold a sign with "Fah Lanna Spa" and confirm your name with you. Our cars have Fah Lanna Spa stickers on the sides and back and are easy to identify. Please note that we do not pick-up from public places such as markets, shopping malls or any street addresses that are not clearly identifiable. We may not pick up from Airbnb lodgings in private homes unless you can provide us with the exact and full address.

Return Details

Returns to original departure point
Before your scheduled spa treatment in the morning, afternoon, or evening, you're picked up from your Chiang Mai city hotel and shuttled to Fah Lanna Spa. On arrival, safely store your belongings at the spa reception and prepare for your 1-hour session with a spa consultation. You're served an herbal drink while you relax in the tropical surroundings. 

Then head to a private room to experience the 1-hour Thai herbal ball massage while an experienced practitioner presses lok pra kop on sore muscles. After your treatment, sip homemade ginger tea and eat a light snack in an air-conditioned area.

If you wish, you can continue to relax at the spa, shop for exclusive spa products, or use your discount coupon at the on-site cafe. Enjoy a drink or snack in the garden by the pond before your driver transports you back to your hotel. The driver can also drop you off at a market, shopping mall, restaurant, or even at the airport.
  • Confirmation will be received at time of booking, unless booked within 12 hours of travel. In this case confirmation will be received as soon as possible, subject to availability

  • Bookings for customers who arrive late for their appointment can not be refunded but can be re-scheduled to a different time or date, subject to availability
  • Bookings where customers arrive late and no massage therapist or room is available may be rescheduled to a later date or time, subject to availability
  • Round-trip shuttle service is available within Chiang Mai city only. Should your hotel be located outside of the shuttle zone area, we can assist you with booking a pickup by taxi at your own cost.
