• Confirmation will be received at time of booking, unless booked within 12 hours of travel. In this case confirmation will be received as soon as possible, subject to availability

• Bookings for customers who arrive late for their appointment can not be refunded but can be re-scheduled to a different time or date, subject to availability.
• Bookings where customers arrive late and no massage therapist or room is available may be rescheduled to a later date or time, subject to availability
• Round-trip shuttle service is available within Chiang Mai city only. Should your hotel be located outside of the shuttle zone area, we can assist you with booking a pickup by taxi at your own cost.
