William was the best tour guide!! He made the trip to the Stockyard and Dallas so much fun for me and my teen boys. He is very knowledgeable about Texan history, punctual and professional. I was on the Fort Worth tour when I received a text from "Fun Dallas Tours" to contact them about the later Dallas part. There is bus commentary going on, so I text replied that I would call later. During the lunch break, I called at 12:30 and received news that the Dallas part was cancelled due to a minimum person requirement. It was possible to be transferred to another bus if I called by 12:00. I should have been informed by the office to call them by 12:00 even though I was busy on the Fort Worth tour.
