Tour Guide / Driver needs more training

, Jun 2021
Joe was our driver and unfortunately that is all he was. He had a plexiglass barrier between us and him in the van and his microphone system either didn't work or he didn't know how to use it. We asked him to turn it on but he said it was on but on low. I couldn't hear the little commentary he gave. The way we were told to visit the Garden of the Gods was an invitation to disaster. He just told us to walk out 20 minutes and back 25. I got turned around and lost. I had to ask multiple people for help to get back to the original entrance. I ended up having to run to make sure I didn't get left behind. This particular location has trails and rocks that all look alike. It is a maze. It would be much better to have someone escort you out and back or at least offer that service.

The view at the top. The scary ride up. Jason was a fantastic guide! The one thing that was hard was not having enough time in town.

Joe our tour guide really friendly also super knowledgeable. Trip was fun. Made it up to Devils playground on pikes peak. The only thing I would change is the seats in van where a little stiff for such a long trip from Denver to Colorado Springs.

Jason our guide was knowledgeable and most helpful. We always felt safe. Garden of the Gods was amazing and the views on Pikes Peak were spectacular. We never felt rushed but could have used a little extra time for lunch. Given Friday traffic, it is understandable. We highly recommend this experience!

Unforgettable, Fun, and Relaxed Tour

This is definitely one of my favorite tours! Jason made this an amazing experience with his fun and friendly personality and his desire to pass along his passion for these beautiful sites he gets to call home. I really appreciated how he replanned the order of the day so we could get up to nearly the top of Pikes Peak before afternoon weather would have prevented that part of the tour. He even has a personalized playlist that made the travels fun and relaxing. Thanks Jason for an unforgettable day! Cheers!
