Abu Dhabi Full-Day Sightseeing Tour from Dubai

This is not a tour it is a shuttle I guide had very little interaction with us. The only part of the tour that was an actual tour stop was the Mosque and the guide dropped us off and said you can get your free tickets inside. The The one museum that we did stop at we only had 15 minutes which was not even enough time to go into the museum just look at the outside. The other museum that we were allowed in 15 to 20 minutes it was not a museum it was merely a rug store that you could buy rugs at. Out stop for lunch is at one location that was determined by the driver. The market was it one particular shop that he wanted to shop at. Needless to say I felt like this entire Tours as a sales pitch to purchase items from predetermined shop owners.

I never got to do the Abudabi tour because I didn't even meet the requirement of having been in Dubai for 10 days. A person informed me of this from the phone number 971529331100 and assured me that they would refund my money in a few days since I did not do the excursion. Almost 7 months later I am still waiting for my money. They have been telling me for months that they would return it to me next week and to this day. I feel ripped off.

Unable to enter Abu Dhabi because the driver did not have a recent enough COVID test. Wasted 3 hours of my morning with no apology from the company and no offer of any reparation other than the price of the tour.

the trip was not the best but I got to see new places. I would recommend and hopefully your trip goes off a little better than mine.

Had booked the tour from Dubai for a Day Trip to Abu Dhabi. It was a wonderful trip with complete satisfaction. Had booked from India based on the Reviews of the Previous tourists and was not let down. Got instant confirmation of the booking. The vehicle arrived on time, driven by Mr Altaf Hussain, an amicable person. We were six persons in a seven seater vehicle which was very comfortable. We were shown all the places as per the programme with the Mosque being a visit to remember. Overall the programme was memorable and enjoyable. We were disappointed with this tour, although we LOVED the sights we saw. We were picked up at our hotel, with no introduction from our guide. We then picked up the other people - 6 in total for the tour. We were so glad that there were no more people, because the van with 6 of us, was very cramped. There was no overview from the guide of what we would be seeing, he did not point out any sights on the way. We got to Ferrari World, and he let us out. All he said to us was "be back in 20 minutes." When we pay for a tour, we hope to get some information about the sight we are seeing from the guide. This did not happen for the whole tour. We sat in the back of the van, and when the guide did say something, we could not hear him at all. All the guide did, was drive us to a sight, let us out, and tell us when to be back. Very, very disappointing. We enjoyed seeing Abu Dhabi and the Grand Mosque is not to be missed. We were rushed there, due to the time frame we had, which again was disappointing, as we are there only once in our lives likely. We never got to see the Heritage Village, as it was not open. We paid for a sight that we could not see. He drove past the Corniche, no opportunity to stop for a photo. The guide took us to a restaurant for a buffet lunch, which was good. But.... we were not hungry for a big buffet, and after we paid for this buffet, which we really did not want, we were then dropped at the Marina Mall, where we could have happily picked up a snack, rather than feeling we had to eat a full buffet. Why could the guide not tell us we had this option?? The other guests on this tour also felt the same regarding the tour guide. It seemed this guide would drop us off at places where we had to spend money, rather than taking us to the places that were planned for the tour. He did not point out the sights at all. We had no idea what we were looking at. We went to the date market, but it was prayer time, so only one store was open. We never saw the Emirates Palace Hotel, which was meant to be part of the tour. The guide had very little interest in us, and spent a lot of time talking on his phone, while driving at 120 km/hr. The sights were great, we felt rushed at the sights we were at, and the guide was uninterested in us and his job. He did converse with us after he dropped all the other guests off, and he seemed pleasant, and we wished he could have been like that all day. This day would have been wonderful if we had a great guide.

Pick up and drop off was on time. The tour guide was very accommodating and educated on the different sites. He was well organized and informed us of timings effectively for everyone's satisfaction.

Ferrari World was superfluous for an older crowd. Gallery visit was unnecessary and items were overpriced. I suspect tour operator gets a cut. Driver was competent despite tailgating but not forthcoming with information or explanations. He was severely lacking as a guide Grand Mosque was extremely impressive.

It is a good trip, but very hot and it's a long day. I would only recommend if you have time . We where picked up at 0930 and dropped back to our hotel by 6.30pm .Abu Dhabi is much hotter than Dubai so you need to be prepared for it being hotter. Our guide was lovely and very knowledgeable. There was only 3 of us on this tour and we were picked up in a SUV. This was great and a lot faster getting there and not having to wait around for others. I would recommend this tour .

Our experience to Abu Dhabi was very good .I would recommend only if you have the time to go as it is a very long day and a long drive there and back. We where in Dubai in October so the weather was hot but not as hot as other months . It gets hotter in Abu Dhabi so be prepared. Our pickup from our hotel was on time and we where dropped back. We went in a private SUV and I found it was good as the drive was quicker than a bus. There was only 3 of us so no waiting around for other passengers at each spot. Our guide was kind/funny and very knowledgeable. Worth the money.
