Wow is all I can say. First, the bus driver and guide were great. The actual tour though, even though the weather was super windy, it mattered not, I am so blessed to have been able to see this incredible place! Stopping in Galway City just topped it off and it is where I had my first Guinness! On time and awesome.

Hi Sheri, The good days, hopefully we will soon be back on the road again. Regards John
Horrible Experience - People Were Not Helpful At All - GAVE NO REFUND!
, Apr 2020
We booked tours all the time in Europe and never had any issues, but this tour was the WORST! We were at the tour pick up site and they left us behind because they choose to leave earlier than the time they stated in their email. SO WE DID NOT GO ON THE TOUR!! No one picked up the phone when we were trying to get a hold of someone to help us, on top of that they did not refund our money, total thieves!! The worst customer service and tour operators EVER!! Do yourself a favor and skip this company and go with someone else. They did everything to ruin our last day in Ireland.

Ah here we go, more rubbish and lies from a client that could not be bothered to get out of bed on time. You prefer to disrespect the other passengers and our staff trying to operate a good service, you expect everyone on the coach to tolerate your ignorance? The tour scheduling always allows for a couple of minutes but the instructions are to depart no later than 5 minutes after scheduled departure time. 1 - The tour was reviewed as 6th best day tour in the World on Tripadvisor Experiences 2019 2 - The company is number 1 rated on TripAdvisor in Ireland for 5 years in a row. 3 - The office phones are manned from 7.30am to 9.30pm. 4 - We do not refund every client that fails to show for a tour and then proceeds to lie about our scheduling. The tour operates 361 days a year. Same departure point and times every day. 5 - Winner of the award for Tour Coach Operator of the year 2020 with Fleet Bus and Coach Magazine. You really need to ask yourself a simple question, it might stand to your benefit in life going forward. Why Me? Why is It Always Me! Why am I the only passenger to miss the tour? The answer is staring you in the face.Next time tell the truth and we will always respond positively to every clients difficulties. But we will never accept threats and lies from a client demanding a refund. You can threaten all you like to write a negative refund if you don't get your money back. Here it is everyone, see above. Regards John

Great day, not as great tour guide
, Apr 2020
We really enjoyed this trip! Our bus driver (Sarah, I think was her name) was amazing and got us through the narrow, winding roads with ease. The sights were gorgeous and I found the split of time between the Cliffs and Galway to be good. So glad we took a break at The Burren too. All in all a good day, but the one negative was our guide. She wasn’t that interesting and was reading off of prompt cards a lot. She was boring and that made the information boring. So that was a bummer.

Our Tour guide Noel was exceptional! He is a very fun person and really knowledgeable about Ireland’s history. I was with two children 5 and 6 and he was very attentive with them. You will not get bored!

Trip to Cliffs of Mohor and Galway
, Mar 2020
David and Pat were excellent hosts for our trip. David was very engaged with the guests, and provided a thorough overview of Ireland’s history and in particular, the areas to which we were traveling. We also enjoyed his singing and guitar-playing! Pat did a great job driving the coach in the hurricane force winds. Just a couple of items about the coach that David and Pat could not help in fixing...the lights over the seats were not working and the temperature controls seemed difficult to regulate.
Best Group Tour I've Ever Been On
, Mar 2020
Our tour guide was great, the bus driver was awesome, we got lucky and got the best weather and the Cliffs were absolutely breathtaking. Great stops, fun facts and information. Made new friends on the bus too! I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to see the Cliffs without having to make the drive themselves.
