Francesca was a knowledgeable and fun guide. We learned about the history of Ireland why sampling traditional Irish foods. Everything was great especially because we were a small group of 7. Although all the stops were great, the final stop at Murphy’s for ice cream (try the Dingle Gin and Pink Peppercorn) was a highlight. Main suggestion: wear comfortable shoes.

Ann our tour guide did an amazing job. She gave some brief histories of some of dublin’s landmark. The tour group is small so everyone can get know everyone on it. Ann can also email you recipe for the irish beef/lamb stew if you want. The walks are not that far from 1 stop to the other.

    #secretfoodtours terrible experiencw

We had a terrible experience from #secretfoodtours and #viatorsupport. We contacted both of them and used all available emails to try and sort out a confusion of our starting time. Someone pitched at 08:00 instead of 11:30 at our hotel. We rushed to get ready and when we got to the lobby the lady was gone. We tried for hours to sort it out, but got absolutely no response from anyone until we walked to the group tour. When my wife finally threatened them on social media, they miraculous responded in 5 min and said their systems were down. Even though I used 3 different mediums. We then walked back to the hotel again. Our guide Fransesca was absolutely amazing. She made our terrible ordeal a bit better. I also need to mention that what we paid vs what we got food-wise was daylight robbery. What they show on their videos on their website vs what we got is false advertising!!!

Ann was really lovely! She made the tour very personal and informative. The perfect balance of fact and fun. The food was great and even included adult beverages which made it an even nicer experience. A ten out of ten when Ann leads the way :)

Our tour guide Carl was fantastic, great personality & showed real passion for what he’s doing. Very knowledgeable & most importantly, a bit of craic too. Each stop was better than the last but special mention goes to the Dublin coddle which was my own personal favourite. Would highly recommend going on an empty stomach as there is a lot of delicious food & you don’t want to miss out.

Alan was a great guide — very knowledgeable and fun to be around. The Guinness stew, fish and chips, and ice cream were my favorite stops. Would recommend for anyone on their first day in Dublin. You get the lay of the land of the Temple Bar area.
