Meet your Tour Guide in front of the boarding area for your ferry tickets and to go over details for your travels. He or she will be holding a sign and/or wearing a red shirt that reads "Kayaking Puerto Rico".

This activity will end right where it started.
Make your way to the Ceiba Ferry Terminal to begin your day's kayaking adventure. Check in with the host, who fills you in on the day's details. Be sure to bring a swimsuit, towel, and sun protection; it is recommended to eat a hearty breakfast to fuel you up for the day's activities ahead.

Board the ferry for the ride to Culebra, relax and enjoy the tropical scenery on the way. You are met by a guide as you disembark, then check in at the adventure center and munch some provided snacks as you complete some paperwork. Restrooms and changing areas are available onsite.

Transfer to Tamarindo Beach, on the west coast of Culebra, where you launch your kayaks and explore for the remainder of the tour. Paddle through the calm, warm waters of the Luis Pena Marine Reserve before slipping on your snorkel gear and diving in. In the company of your guide, see impressive coral formations and schools of tropical fish before heading to shore for some snacks and refreshments. Rest a bit while your guide fills you in on the history and ecosystem of Culebra, then head back into the water to explore the seagrass beds frequented by stingrays, green and hawksbill turtles.

Continue to Flamenco Beach, where you can purchase food for lunch and relax in the sun. Your guide meets you at the Flamenco Beach parking lot for the trip back to the Culebra Ferry Terminal, after which you travel back to Ceiba.

Beware dye to the Ferry overbooking.

We never Kayaked nor snorkeled. The ferry took us to the island and we were informed the ferry oversold and the guides were not allowed on. Heard the ferry oversells a lot and noticed both ways tour groups load last. So we were left with no water or food from 11-4 as the kiosk in the tour language was closed. Some took taxis back to get lunch. The tour group did respond saying they would refund us, they did not know the kiosk was closed, after a couple hours sent water and pizza and changed to pick us up at 2:30. Very disappointed as having a short list to Puerto Rico, only 4 days, we had been looking forward to this tour the most...snorkeling with turtles and kayaking. I would be cautious about recommending this.

Ashley, Luis, and Luisa were all so great and helpful. Swimming with sea turtles, fish, coral, and squid was the highlight of our trip. The kayak was fun but quite a workout. Just enough time on Flamenco beach. Would recommend!

Great experience. All on time and worth the money. Great tour guides, John, Edwin and Eric. Our kayaking experience was wonderful but cut short due to a small emergency with one of our fellow kayakers. The best portion of the day was the snorkeling with the turtles. Beautiful wonders of nature.

The entire day was amazing. We swam with turtles and Experience the turquoise waters of flamingo beach. Our guides Esraphanie, Louis and. Carlos were well educated well spoken instructive and fob. They handled a fairy scheduling crisis with Grace and kept the group happy and entertained. We had never snorkeled before and the experience was so much better than I had hoped for

This tour was amazing! I would 100% recommend. The reef is colourful and swimming with turtles was just incredible. They also gave us 2h to spend on Flamenco Beach which is one of the most beautiful beaches I have visited so far.

John and Luis were great. They are very informative and experienced with this type of activity. Even if you are new to the activity they are very helpful and patient. I got to see the sea turtles, sting rays, and the beautiful coral reefs. Also, seen some fish that came out of Finding Nemo. Definitely a good time and worth your money!

The guides Elliott estafania and Jon were excellent! The ferry ride back was great but getting there was rough since we were out in the smaller cargo ferry with no outdoor seating Sadly the tour guides camera was lost but I k ow that is not her fault. We hope it is recovered so we can see pic from the special day we had Thanks!

We had an amazing experience thanks to wonderful guides! John and Luisa made my first time snorkeling a positive experience. They helped each of us have an unforgettable experience. I loved hearing about the island on the way over to the kayaks. We got to swim with the turtles and see lots of coral and other sea life. Our guides were so knowledgeable and were attentive to the needs and desires of the group. Best trip ever!

BRING BUG SPRAY !!
Dominika_A
, Mar 2022
Overall it was a good trip, although the universe didn’t want me living my best life. First off, I was already feeling uneasy bc there was rip current in the area. But that didn’t stop the trip from happening. The ferry ride from Culebra was a mess. A third of the people on the boat threw up bc the weather was so bad and it had the boat violently rocking back and forth the entire way. The way back was 100x better bc we were going in the direction of the wind. Our tour guides were so nice and asked everyone about 100 times if we felt sick once off the ferry. They offered us snacks and water. Kayaking was amazing, snorkeling was great, the turtles and wildlife made it a trip to remember. Our tour guides explained everything clearly and made us feel safe at all times. I wish we could have had more than 45 minutes at flamenco beach. It was sooo beautiful. Now its only the memories, pictures and the 40 bug bites from Tamarindo beach I have to look back on. Please bring bug spray. You probably need it more than your sun block.
