Dalyan Day Trip from Fethiye Including River Cruise, Mud Baths and Iztuzu Beach

The guide on this tour was extremely unprofessional & impolite. Our schedule pickup was at 8 I was at the reception at that time , I left & they called at 8:12 , we were at the bus by 8:19 . They started giving us attitude even the driver was complaining ( why was he interfering not sure ) . We apologized politely yet the disrespectful attitude continued . She asked for the tickets I told her one minute I will open the ticket on my mobile . Yet she insisted if you got them in your bag can I have them you delayed us enough . I was like one minute it is on the mobile not a paper ticket . ( she seemed surprised as if no other customers got the ticket from Viator before). Then we stopped at the mud pool she was like meeting time at 12 on the boat ( basically most of the tour was spent in the bus approx 4 hours ,plus the river tour time as for mud pool 1hr & beach 1:30 HR) we arrived on the boat at 12:03 exactly . She started to complain we have rules on the boat you were late (we were 3 Arab ladies) I only knew how to speak in Turkish & I guess that increased her attitude problem . I was like only 3 minutes , she was like everyone is waiting, I said 12 . I felt I am not on a tour as if I was going to important work meeting . We apologized but still she wouldn't stop yelling & saying we have rules on this tour . Then I tried to soften the atmosphere went to her & I was like we are on vacation relax dear not for 3 minutes & in front of all the other people on the tour , she got angrier & started you are late from the morning we have rules blah blah , I asked her to listen to me she screamed I don't want to listen to you, at that moment the driver tall big man came to fight with me & yell at me & he was like if I cause more trouble they will drop me back from the tour as if I am not the paying customer. Beside the fact other tour boats had music & more fun time our tour had the customers running to the boat after the beach stop cause we are meeting at 1:30 & they arrived at 1:31 ... oh no word said to them by the way about arriving before 1:30 . Just to us . So I wouldn't recommend this tour not with this guide . Her name was Ozel or something like that . Oh one more note the driver had his wife & baby girl on the bus , when one guy asked for music in the bus they said sorry we have a baby on the bus we can't . I don't understand how unprofessional they are. End of the trip they said to all other customers have a nice holiday except us .
