Excelente tourist guys, always on time, and very kind people. Destination is enough for an entire day. In fact 12 hours tour is one of the longest I got, but natural beauty worth it

Too many train changes and racing to get on trains! Too cold to go in January! Tour guide was very nice though.

Good tour and helpful guides

It was a day trip from Florence to Cinque Terre. We were lucky the weather was perfect the whole day, with blue sky and no wind, so we could fully enjoy the view from the series of fishing villages hugging the coastal bluff. The tour guides were Alberto and a lady who was new for this tour. Both were very helpful. They not only told us about the places along this tour, but also answered other questions about Tuscany. Because of their knowledge, I was able to book another tour to see the Gladiator's house.

Not sure during other seasons, but not recommended during winter, coach will drop us at Genova & we have to take few train rides to visit the place of interest, imagine with such big group of 56 people, some almost miss the station or boarded the wrong train.

Our tour was amazing! Our guide Alberto was super nice and helpful, he gave a lot of very good info about each city. We had enough time in each city to see it all and it was fun exploring each city on our own! So relaxing and beautiful! We came at the perfect time of year in early Dec and there were no crowds, in fact in one of the cities we were the only people there it seemed, it was so quiet and peaceful! Loved seeing all of the colorful houses and walking the winding streets! We would do this again hands down. Such a lovely day!

Amazing Day Trip to Cinque Terre

Such a well-organized trip that hits 4 of the 5 towns. Tabata was a great tour guide. Once we got off the train at each town, she told us the highlights (what to see/do at each place). Then you're on your own to explore. Very efficient way to see such a scenic coastal area. It's very picturesque! I had an amazing time despite the chilly weather and no ferry boat ride. Note that it's a long day with a lot of walking, including a 15-20 min walk from/to bus in La Spezia.

The guides for my tour were Alberto and Ilaria. The tour was very well organized, with enough time in each of the five towns to explore on your own. Cinque Terre lived up to all my expectations. I was also lucky enough to have a great group of people on my tour but that was just an added bonus. This is a must see and if your like me and love taking pictures it’s extremely picturesque.

We had a beautiful weather day and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. I was happy to have a knowledgeable guide, Edgard, to get us to the trains and boats between the towns.

Great trip despite down pour

, Oct 2019
We had great weather until this day. The forecast had shown the two prior days that it was most likely going to rain and even said there was 100% chance the night before so we were prepared that some things might get cancelled or that thered be things we wouldn't get to do. The ticket mentions that with bad weather we might not be able to do the boat ride/etc so it was annoying when other tourists were really annoyed/angry with the tour guide like she controls the weather. We had Marta and she was very sweet and despite the weather, we still got to go to 3 towns. Two of the towns were closed and we werent able to do thr boat but we still had fun. The positive part was we got more time in the towns that we could go to so that was still nice. The lunch was good that we ended up doing on the tour. Nice to meet the other tourists and enjoy a good lunch . We tried some of the local wine on our free time. At the last stop it ended up down pouring and even though we go wet, it still added to the experience and made for a funny story lol. I would have given this 5 stars but given the circumstances, I was happy ! Tourists read your tickets about possible weather and dont be rude to your guide! How embarrassing to be rude when they are not God and control the weather. Your in Italy , relax , be more positive and grateful you can travel . :)
