A deposit of 40 euros per audiopen is required on the date of travel. The deposit will be refunded when you return the audiopen

Audiopen must be returned within 07:15 pm (Monday to Saturday); 04:30 pm (Sunday and National Holidays) of the day they are delivered by the Agency, otherwise you will be charged of another day of rental.

Never could find the pick up location

Despite using Cruise Guest Services to google the location of pick up for our self directed Florence Italy tour we and walking the length of the street we never found the office for Viator in Florence. Tried to call the number given but the call kept failing so we gave up and walked Florence totally on our own forfeiting the two lunches we paid for as well. Total waste of money.
