  • CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) Procedures: As a family run provider of transfer, chauffeur and site seeing services. City Transfers is committed to your safety in the new normal and that of it’s driver team. To that end, we have implemented the following measures: • Daily health checks, all drivers will take temperature tests and check for symptoms daily before beginning shifts. We request that passengers similarly ensure that they are asymptomatic before travelling with us. • Chauffeurs will greet guests verbally instead of a handshake, they will still offer to assist with luggage but will sanitise handles after handling. • All drivers will wear masks and hands will be sanitised regularly before, during and after / in between services. • Passengers must wear face masks at all times. • The front passenger seat alongside the driver will not be available for travellers use. • Drivers will wipe external and internal door handles after every trip. • Drivers will have sanitiser (60% + alcohol) and / or wipes available at all times. • Drivers will turn aircon and ventilation to circulate external air not internal air.

  • Infant seats available
  • Infants and children, regardless of age, count as full fare paying passengers. Please note that child seats are not compulsory and need to be requested on an ad hoc basis.

Probably my fault for not reading the description in detail. But here is the deal. If you book this tour-you get picked up from the airport in my case-Gatwick and taken to downtown London. Then dropped off for a couple hours. Then back to the airport. Total time you get is 6 hours. So-your plane lands, you get your luggage, you store your luggage and you are already one hour in. 1.5 hours each way to downtown...and you get 2 hours to explore. NOT worth the price. You would be better off taking a cab or the Gatwick express train downtown for a fraction of the price. The only reason I didn't give this one star was because my driver was awesome. Informative, super nice and accommodating.

We were picked up right at baggage claim. Our tour guide was very nice and knew a lot about London. We were able to pick the sites we wanted to see. It was a great time to see London rather than sitting in the airport.

When looking online... this tour said it was starting at 79. So, when I called and made reservations for 2 people THAT was just TWO people, they said, oh, good for you, there's a 20 off sale for London right now. Your total will be 440! How does it go from 79 158 for two people to 440 AFTER the discount? And then we found out that it did NOT include tickets to Windsor!!! The drive was lovely... and I know this is his job, but the price was EXTREMELY expensive for what we go!

Our driver was the best. We cannot believe how much we saw in the amount of time we had. He was amazing and knowledgeable. Then he got us back to the airport in time through the worst London traffic jam we've ever seen. We are still shaking our heads thinking about it.
