A day well spent!
, Jul 2022
The day started with a tour of downtown Houston on an open top bus. It was informative. Only problem was the weather. It was too hot. The drive to Galveston was smooth. Our guide recommended Katie’s seafood and it was amazing! Fresh catch of the day, we’ll prepared. The dolphin ride was great fun.

They sent me all the info & then sent me what seemed to be a cancellation email. But they sent me reviews still as if I went on the trip. No info to contact & clarify. To my knowledge no refund sent yet.

Dear guest , You did not purchased a tour directly with us ,and you requested a tour through a third party , when was not available and you where informed in person about the minimum of passengers required to operate and you agreed . The courtesy messages were send after and we never received payment from you. You paid a third party ,so we recommend you, to contact them. thank you.

Ben and Chris make an excellent team. But special kudos to Ben. He’s very personable and funny. Knows so much about the area and it’s history. We exchanged much info and stories. Just an excellent experience for us!

Unfortunately they canceled my tour. I’m hoping to get a refund of my money. I have taken this tour in the past and it was really nice and I liked it as much that I wanted to do it again. But this experience of them canceling was not a good thing.

Dear guest, thank you for your message, tour services to Galveston are subject to availability and requires a minimum of participants to operate. For this reason we offered you more tour options and your refund was processed. We look forward to serving you!
Good trip, some issues with masks
, Jan 2022
Overall experience was good, but very cold in open air bus for the tour of Houston. Galveston part was also good, but driver was not wearing a mask and mask wearing was not enforced in small, enclosed, van. The dolphin watch was also cancelled (good call, too cold) but we were not told of that until we were at Galveston and there was no mention of reimbursement for that part of the tour.

Thank you for your message, masks are optional in Texas and all our drivers and tour guides are fully vaccinated ;The complimentary Dolphin watch tour is a optional activity subject to availability and weather conditions. Safety is our priority.
, Aug 2021
Very poor and unprofessional. Driver paid attention only to Mexican people. I didn’t learn anything. It was boring.
Day trip to Gavelston
, Aug 2021
The tour was good. My only complaint would be to allow people maybe 10 minutes to take pictures at the sea wall.

A fun day trip to Galveston.
, Jul 2021
Great narration. Timely pickups and interesting 45 min dolphin watch that was fun. The captain was entertaining.

The bus to Galveston was too hot and uncomfortable. The tour was great, it was just the bus was not in good condition. Need to invest in new buses.
Good eats, dolphins and GREAT guide Steve
, Jul 2021
My 21yro son and I had a great tour with Steve as our guide to Galveston. He was a pure gentleman with kindness, knowledge of the area, and humor! He had ice cold water bottles for us in a cooler and great advice on what to see or do with our nearly 2 hours we had free to roam before the dolphin boat tour. We are delicious red snapper from Katie’s and strolled by the docks for a bit. Then we had an awesome time on the boat with a humorous and kind captain. We saw about 6 dolphins and learned a bit about the area from boat. All in all I highly recommend it. It’s quite relaxing, informative and fun!
Wasn't that Great. Price too Much.
, May 2021
The downtown Houston tour wasn't that great. More unimpressive concrete buildings than anything. But the Houston guide man was nice. The Galveston tour was not good. We drove past the beach! Got dropped off on the opposite concrete port side. Where there was nothing but a few franchise eateries. The ONLY reason to Galveston is for the beach. Our free time was only 2 hrs. That goes by fast. Esp. when the dolphin boat takes 1 hr & avg. restaurant wait time is 45min. Our Galveston guide man wasn't very good. He read from his phone for tour info.

Fun Day with Houston + Galveston!
, Apr 2021
I greatly enjoyed the Houston Sightseeing & Galveston Day trip combined. The Houston portion provides an overview of the city and what to see. The Galveston trip was memorable - a quick overview and history of the town. Loved the dolphins tour - the captain was terrific!
Tour is not all worth
, Mar 2020
Overall the tour is not at all worth. The tour had two parts (1) Houston Sightseeing (2) Galveston. The Houston sightseeing tour was about 1.5 hours, we did not have stops because we had to continue for the next Galveston tour. So, the tour was just going over all the buildings just from outside, which was not interesting. The second part of Galveston was also not worth. This part had one stop at Galveston that too not at the sea, it was just at boat terminal, which did not have any interesting view. The only good thing was the boat ride for watching dolphin (this costs $10 if you purchase separately). So, the complete tour was as if we are going to Galveston just for the boat ride and have lunch at the boat terminal.

Not Much in Galveston
, Jun 2019
Tour staff is friendly enough. Guide’s knowledge could have been better. The worst part was the van. After bus tour of Houston which was good, we were stuck on a van with no a/c to go to Space Center & Galveston. Had great seafood lunch and did a 45 min dolphin watch which was OK, nothing great though.

Good tour around Houston and company...
, Jan 2018
Good tour around Houston and company acknowledged the fact that it was cold, so provided different vehicle so we weren't outside. We stopped at places for photos and then continued our tour. Enjoyable trip to Galverston with driver Antonio providing interesting information about the city.

Ryan our guide for Houston was great! Knowledgeable of the area, building, and fun facts. He went out of his way to provide blankets for seats. 1hr ride to Galveston, couple 10 min stops at wall, Bishop house. Needed more time to site see. Bring snacks! Saw dolphins, but next time I’d rather sitesee

To a certain extent, this is a ride to Galveston and then you have free time there. The additions to that are: 1 a fantastic city tour with great explanations of the history and buildings. 2 stops at Bishops Palace and the beach. Spend about ten min at each. You have free time to see Galveston then, about 2 hours. I actually went back to Bishops house to do the tour during my free time as well as the tour of the Moody Mansion. The city tour of Houston was quite good

Would never have found anything without the driver. Taylored our tour because only 2 of us. Dolphin tour great. Advertisement needs to explain starting time and place before you pay.
