Upon arrival, guests will be greeted in Baggage Claim by his/her chauffeur. The professional chauffeur will be uniformed in Jackson Hole attire and will be holding an iPad with the guest's last name displayed. Upon departure, guests will be greeted in the hotel lobby or on the front drive of their residence. Guests will receive a text when the chauffeur is on his way and again when the chauffeur arrives.
