We’re very sorry you were disappointed, we hate it when we can’t find the whales as much as anyone, we promise, but please understand the nature of how wild animal tours work before booking the product. We are VERY clear that, while we see them almost every trip, they are wild animals, so there is a chance we won’t. We give you a free trip back to try again any time for the next 12 months, which we think is more than fair. If you want 100% sightings of marine life please go to the Sydney Aquarium. Otherwise we look forward to seeing you soon to try again! And as a side note, please try not to give small businesses bad reviews in public for your misunderstanding of the nature of the product you booked. We work very hard to maintain good ratings through a very difficult time and we’d rather not be penalised publicly for mistakes that are out of our control. Regards.

It was a beautiful day out on the boat. Not too many whales around but the captain worked hard to find some mums and calves for us to see and also saw a few dolphins. The Eco Extreme boat fairly basic so no drinks, snacks etc and a fairly limited commentary. Nevertheless everyone cheerful and boat was on time, clean, tidy etc. An enjoyable couple of hours on the water!

This tour was run by Dolphin Watch Cruises and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the whales, they also offered the use of spray jackets. They tried their hardest to spot the whales but unfortunately the naughty whales did not make an appearance on this trip which is the only reason I did not give 5 stars but we did see a small pod of dolphins which was lovely to see.
