Day 1: 6-hour Dingle and Slea Head Day Trip
Take a seat in your vehicle in central Killarney then, at 10:30am, head out of town to begin your tour. Travel through traditional towns including Castlemaine and Milltown with your guide, and stop at Inch Beach — widely considered the prettiest stretch of coastline in the region.
Continue on to the pretty harbor town of Dingle, then follow the circular 26-mile (41-kilometer) route around Slea Head. Along the way, take in towns and villages including Ballyferriter, Dunquin, and Ventry, and admire panoramic views over the Blasket Islands. Then, return to your starting point in Killarney.
Day 2: 6-hour Ring of Kerry and Killarney Lakes Day Trip
At 10:30am, travel out of Killarney by coach to the Bog Village — where traditional thatched-roof cottages bring 19th-century Ireland to life. Perhaps visit the museum village (own expense), and discover top attractions such as the blacksmith’s forge and turf-cutter’s house. There is also an old Irish pub where an early drink or morning coffee and scones may be enjoyed (own expense).

Itinerary
Inch is famous for being the place where an inch is actually three miles long, the fantastic beach at Inch has been chosen several times as a film location. Hollywood movies that are familiar household names include "Ryan's Daughter" and "Playboy of the Western World".

Slea Head Drive, one of Ireland’s most scenic routes, takes you on a journey through historic sites, Irish speaking villages, famous Hollywood film locations with close up views of the world renowned Blasket Islands and distant views of the Skellig Islands on the south western horizon.
The Slea Head Drive (Slí Cheann Sléibhe) is a circular route, forming part of the Wild Atlantic Way, beginning and ending in Dingle, that takes in a large number of attractions and stunning views on the western end of the Dingle Peninsula.

A stop will be made at South Pole Inn Pub home of Tom Crean
who was an Antarctic explorer.
Born in 1877 and died in 1938 (aged 61)
Crean was a member of 3 expeditions to Antarctica during the Age of Antarctic Exploration.
This saw the race to reach the South Pole lost to Roald Amundsen
During the expedition, Crean's 35 mile solo walk across the Ross Ice Shelf to save the life of Edward Evans.
Crean left Annascaul, in Co. Kerry to go exploring.
Crean's final Antarctic venture was as second officer on Ernest Shackleton's Antarctic Expedition. After the ship Endurance sank, Crean and the ship's company spent 492 days drifting on the ice before undertaking a journey in the ship's lifeboats to Elephant Island. He was a member of the crew which made a small-boat journey of 800 miles to South Georgia Island to seek aid for the stranded party.
After retiring from the navy on health grounds in 1920, Crean ran his pub the South Pole Inn in County Kerry with his wife and daughters.
