A Must Do in Kota Kinabalu

This trip is surely a must do in Kota Kinabalu. The trip was well organized and our driver-guide Nicholas was simply excellent. He was very informative and intelligent. We learned a lot about the nature of the region and in addition we were successful in seeing rafflesia in one of the gardens where Nicholas brought us.

No one else booked this trip on the day my hubby and I did, so it ended up being a private tour. Our tour guide was not only knowledgeable, but also very professional and accommodating. He was able to find out that a few raffalisas were in bloom in the area, and gave us the opportunity to go see them. He provided great insight into the culture of the tribes of the island and their way of life. Highly recommend this trip. Mt. Kinabalu is breathe taking and the trip was well worth the 2 hour drive into the mainland.
