Left 90 minutes late!!! 😡😡😡

We showed up—as instructed—15 minutes before the scheduled departure. At that time there were no crew members around. After watching several show up 45 minutes after (!) schedule departure, we ultimately left more than an hour late. Because we left so late, we missed a window to leave the harbor, and waited to actually exit the harbor for another 30 minutes. No explanation or apology was ever offered.

Hi Jessie, thank you so much for your feedback. Lagos Harbour at the moment is undertaking a much needed dredging to its channel. This procedure originated a chaotic and limited schedule for companies to exit and enter the harbour. Due to the short notice from local authorities on what those schedules would be for our daily cruises , we were unable to offer all of our clients the correct time of departure in a timely manner. We sincerely apologise for this and hope that next time we can offer you the same level of customer experience that most of our clients have. The crew members service are very good and friendly. Drink is not expensive on the boat even needs to pay for drink. If went through to he coast line which is stunning view. I'll definitely recommend to my friend!!
