Good and bad

Miguel was a great pilot with skills to match! He was very apologetic in regards to the very long delay. Did not want to fly without AC. It took a very long time for what seemed like a easy fix regarding a fuse. A substitute hilo was supposed to be flown up from Vegas, but never saw that aircraft? We felt bad for him because the situation was out of his hands. On a positive note, we did have a nice flight to the canyon and back. Miguel was very informative during that time! He is definitely a positive asset to your company. Thanks Miguel! Marc and Vicki
