Tour not done due to issues with guide

We missed the tour due to the guide not wantng to take us to Anfield 1st as we asked, then not giving us specifics we wanted, instead saying we”d ”work something out” & then not replyng back to us the night before either. When he finally got back to us in the morning we were havng bfast & then couldnt leave Chester (where we were staying) until late. Then due to rain, traffic,etc we didnt get into Liverpool until after 1200, (unfort the guide said he would only wait until 1200). So we ended up doing our own thing at Anfield.
