I waited about 30 minutes for the driver, walking back and forth down the line of operators with their names on signs and mine was no where to be seen. I had to call the tour operator a number of times to find out when he would be there since they told me a few minutes and then that stretched out to at least 15 minutes. Very disappointing when paying so much money to have someone ready to go when you arrive from long arduous flights.

Driver was good but the arrangements for meeting were not clear. I waited in the departure area for an hour and then phoned Viator who told me the driver was in front of WH Smith. I met him there as he had been told to go there. Not clear instructions by head office!

Upon arrival at London Heathrow, driver was waiting with an illuminated sign in the area Viator had confirmed with us. He helped in carrying bags and was very kind, professional and helpful. Our driver pointed out all sights to us along the way to our hotel so it was like a city tour. He seemed very knowledgeable of the city and was happy to give us a little background info too. We didn't have time to handle currency conversion, so he took us to an exchange spot near the hotel. He was just fantastic and we'd love to have him as our driver again, should we ever return!

I had trouble finding my driver in the arrivals hall. I phoned the company and was told where to meet him, but he wasn't there. When he finally arrived, there was a long wait until the other rider arrived. Once we left the airport, the driver managed to find every bad traffic jam in London. I arrived at the airport at 11:30 and didn't reach my hotel until 2:30. The driver could have been more helpful with my luggage.

The arrival transfer from Heathrow Airport to KK Hotel in Earls Court on November 15 was fine. My flight arrived earlier than scheduled, so I had to wait short time to meet the driver in terminal 5, which was understandable. The driver was courteous and helpful.
