Great locations. Actual tour logistics need some tweaking.

The guides were nice and took care of us. However, the forced shuttle of the tour group through the knife factory in Toledo was unnecessary. It was not on the agenda, was not interesting and essentially ended in the compulsory gift shop. It is a money making ploy for this factory. Skip this part and stick with the reason for the tour- exploring Toledo and Segovillia- and it would be much better. Also, the busses need some work.

The excursion has nothing to do with what it is announced. The time on Toledo is not enough and then you have hours to waste on Segovia. The guide was not friendly at all.

I feel like we did not have time at all in Toledo. We did the walk around tour with guide and had an hour of free time. The problem was you had to squeeze lunch and guess what, all the restaurants were not open until 1pm! We were to meet at the bus by 1:15! Then we traveled back to Madrid to pick up people for Segovia which also cut our time in Segovia. After our walk tour in Segovia we had 35 minutes of free time! My husband and I quickly walked thru the alcazar and cathedral during that time and paid extra on top of the tour which we knew about. I feel like we didn’t get to enjoy the experience as we had in the past yours we have done. To top it off the bus smelled of gas and the A/C was not working and it was about 92 degrees that day in Spain. Overall this has been my least favorite tour I have ever taken!

Pros- the Tour guides were knowledgeable and speaks good English. Cons- tour started at a gift shop and lasted one hour which was a waste of time. It was literally a street tour and we did not get to go inside ant of the sites as there was no time.

We really liked our guide from Madrid- she was nice and very friendly. However, Toledo city needs more time to stay in so people can see all amazing architecture and beautiful places. At first, our tour was not organized well; bus came later to Toledo, and our English guide in Toledo was walking too slow and was writing messages all the time. Because of that we had just 30 minutes of our free time instead of 1 hour. This time was for eating and going to the restroom, because after we had two hours staying in the bus and driving to Segovia. In Segovia we were walking by ourselves without guide and we really liked this city. Maybe we will visit it again in the future.

Our guides for the English part of the tour were exceptional. Enrique was great as guide for Toledo and Alex was equally great for Segovia portion. Special shout out to Alex for trying to work out an inadvertent mistake by Viator about a ticket being available when it actually was not. He went extra mile to resolve it, which he did. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone.

Trip was unorganized. The guides weren’t wearing yellow or near a yellow umbrella upon arrival, so many people were coming confused. In Toledo, clear return instructions were not given so almost 20 people were late and lost. The tours were also confusing and hard to follow because the guide would switch between Spanish and English every other sentence.

We booked an English tour and expected a tour in English. Instead we were on a predominately Spanish tour. Because of the lengthy Spanish descriptions and difficult English ones, The tour was too rushed in both cities. In Toledo our free time was solely dedicated to eating the sandwich provided(no apple for either my husband or I although I understand there was to be one) and then finding our way back to the meeting point. Alberto did a very good job keeping our group of 37 together and would most definitely have deserved a 5 if his English explanations had been as complete and his Spanish ones appeared to be.

The Toledo Tour was my biggest disappoinment . I feel like we booked for a Spanish speaking tour . Majiority of the time the English speaking tourist was left second in doing the translation. I had been in so many non english speaking country that the tour was catered to the where you booked ( ENGLISH) not Spanish.

Disappointed, firstly the tour was not as it was described in the VIATOR tour online in Toledo it included a panoramic bus tour in Toledo no such thing eve the tour guide did not know about it, lunch an apple a dry sandwich a bottle of water not very appetizing and had to buy more food otherwise would have gone hungry, unless you are very time limited, DO NOT DO THE TOLEDO / SEGOVIA TOUR IN ONE DAY Toledo is in the north and Segovia in the south so a lot of time wasted on traveling to and from places, I believe because of this the tour felt very rushed. As for the tour guide she was pleasant enough but sounded a little like a recorded message throughout the day, nothing against her personally as I don't know her, I have been on other tours where the guide was let's say more entertaining and vivacious in their manner of showing you a place. The weather was great so it made up for the lack of excitement.

La experiencia no estuvo buena. La relación precio calidad no se mantuvo. Mucha desorganización al llegar a Toledo. Perdimos tiempo esperando que los guías se organicen. En Toledo éramos muchos para un solo guía. Los guías tenían buena onda (pero con eso solo no basta). Al salir de Toledo e ir a Segovia volvimos a entrar al centro de madrid y esperar a otros pasajeros. Insólito! Eso no estaba detallado cuando contraté el servicio. Allí perdimos fácil una hora. Luego en Segovia, al regresar, se rompió el bus y tuvimos que esperar 1 hora y media hasta que nos mandaron otro bus. Muy muy mala experiencia.

Un tour super recomendado! Las 2 cuidades son super bonitas, el personal de Yellow tours hacen que tu visita sea realmente toda una experiencia! Muy puntuales y con buses muy cómodos. Angie es una guía muy preparada y entregada a su trabajo, se nota que se documenta muy bien para darnos la información correcta además de ser muy simpática :)
